Just thinking about the AI transport...I know I've not really got much right of opinion here but I was thinking a straight-out transport seems a bit odd to me...though for no real reason other than it just does. Why not have something akin to the Junker Salvager? That just feels more 'in-line' than a straight-out transport. Perhaps a bit more transport than gunboat than the Salvager is, but that hybrid idea seems to fit well.

I thought about the exact same! Something near the Salvager Frigate, that type.

Also what's that Torpedo like thing downside on the AI Cruiser, srsly might someone explain me this? FOr me it looks like a Forward Torpedoe or a Forward Mortar of some kind.

The Carrier looks kinda odd. It looks as though you've stuffed 3 transports into 3 cruisers and joined them together with wires.

I like the transport, fits into the shipline. It looks more like a train though, and I'd, like some others who wrote that here, like a Salvager type transport.

Before we need any new capital ship, we'd need a real snubline. Could you try to do that? Like, VHF/HF and Bomber. If you want to make a capital ship, maybe try to make a Gunboat?
