This is Daimyo Tanken,
The Daimyo of the Blood Dragons of Kyoto and a loyal servant of the one true Hideyoshi Dynasty.
Konnichiwa,
I contact you today extending a hand of greetings and good will. I hope all is well with our Rheinlandic brothers and your revolution is making good strides towards a greater and better Rheinland.
That, however,is not the only reason I contact you. It is much to my dismay that I must inform you, that The Isiejin have become more volatile in the past few weeks. We have also witnessed vessels under the flag of "Division 9". We would like to know. Have you noticed any notable Das Wilde activity? If not, I suggest you keep your eyes peeled, as I fear the worst is yet to come.
I'm Sparks. Daimyo of not much in particular, and chief engineer to anyone that still happens to ask. I can't really promise to speak for the Widerstand - it's not what I'm here to do, and I'm not honestly sure what's left to speak for. That said, it doesn't look like anyone else is going to do much speaking at all, so I suppose you'll have to make do with me. Sorry about that.
It's good to hear from someone, I guess. It's been long enough that I'd started to wonder our allies and the authorities both had forgotten about us. Not that I'd really mind the latter, if you're offering. Probably thought we'd forgotten about you too, huh? I know we kept you waiting, and I'm sorry about that. It's not our usual way, but I guess I've been up to my neck in ship lately. Didn't hear anything ringing, and so on. Hope you can forgive me.
I don't recognise any of the names you're throwing around. Our own agents have been, well, dead quiet lately, and my probes haven't been much better. I can't talk for anyone else, but I've barely got eyes outside the station. On the upside no-one seems to be looking in on us, but it doesn't really make up for the fact that I may as well be staring at vacuum with a blindfold on for all the information I can offer you.
Still, sounds like we should be worried. Right? Should we be worried? Don't get me wrong, I like advance warning as much as anyone else, but it'd be great if you could let me know what exactly it is you're warning me of. I don't know what files Erich had on these things, but whatever access he had to that information vanished with him. Sorry, but you'll have to explain things from the top.
Assuming there's anyone still there to receive this, of course. I know it's been a while. If not, feel free to ignore it. I'll still be here. Even if not, thanks. It's nice to know there's still someone out there looking out for us.

Greetings Ms.Sparks I am glad to see my transmission fell on lively ears, and not totally dead ones.
Now on to business.
Should you be worried?:
Yes, these creatures are dangerous, very dangerous. They can hide in plain sight and lie to your face with out you knowing, and then. *makes a slicing motion across his throat* they turn you into one of them. Trust me when I say the Dragon's Arms are always open for its allies and friends. I see you have courage to respond to this.
I can not speak for the Das Wilde but the Isiejin are tricky and very cunning and we have to fight daily to keep them at bay.
If you have any more questions, feel free to ask I am more then happy to respond.
Thanks. I pride myself on not being dead. It's a neat skill to have.
Dangerous? Hiding in plain sight? You know, now that you mention it, I think I know a few people like that. Definitely the lying to your face thing. Plenty of that, but that might just be the company I keep. Junker flight decks don't exactly attract the shiny shoes and shiny souls crowd, but I'm sure you already know that. Pick your family but can't choose your friends, right? Something like that.
Anyway, since you ask, I guess I've got a couple of questions - if you don't mind. Kusari's not exactly high up on my most-visited list. I think I've been once with Erich that I can remember, and I'm not sure if sitting around in the bay not touching anything counts, so you'll...Er... You'll have to forgive me if I'm not quite sure what you mean when you say Isiejin. I mean, I'm familiar enough with the Wild. Haven't ever met one myself, (not that I know about, at any rate) but I've heard enough stories to know the boogeyman's waiting under the bed if you look for long enough.
On top of that, who are Division Nine? It doesn't sound like a military group - not the Rheinland military, at any rate. They've got the BDM for the sort of cloak and dagger that goes along with a name like that. Lucky us.
It'd be great if you could let me know. I wouldn't worry about the fighting daily thing. We've already got that well and truly underway, and it doesn't look like it'll be stopping any time before heat death.
