After inspecting several bases in and around New London, It has come to my attention that your rather large base does not allow the Armed Forces to dock for inspection. We know your base has been registered with the Police Authority but it is required, as mentioned by Chapter 5 of Bretonian Charter of Interstellar Law Base construction and zoning, section 5.4, that all Bretonian law enforcement agencies must be able to dock with the base for a routine inspection. Mr. Mathews,

as I also recieved your unencrypted message that you transmitted all over Bretonian space I feel forced to send you a respone.

First, a 2 day period is never ever an adequate deadline to justify your actions like "license removed" and "siege of your base will start". Sir, you should think about your manners as they seem to be very rude and overbearing.

If you, as a person upholding the law in Bretonia that has to be exemplary, you really forgot to do a little investigation.

If you would have done that you would know that Ilfracombe Base is owned by an old transport captain, who only wants some privacy and peace. Ok, indeed, that is not a reason for not granting the docking rights to Bretonian lawfuls, but it is nevertheless NO reason for your actions.

Also this captain likes to stay in his greenhouse watering his plants. Did it ever come to your mind that someone is not sitting all day long in the conrol center, awaiting your message to be able to respond in a minute? Perhaps that captain prefers to stay in the greenhouse for weeks, camping there and enjoying his plants and his life!

You really should think about your demands to be plausible and, the hell, respect this man and grant him an adequate deadline or I will report your habits directly to her majesty.

The news might not have reached you, but the siege of Ilfracombe station has ended over two months ago, with the best result possible -- Ilfracombe accepting Bretonian conditions and becoming legal again.
It is true that Captain Mathews is relatively young, but the ultimate solution of the Ilfracombe question proves Your accusation unfounded.
In the future, please refrain from hacking into private transmissions, as it is illegal. If you must because the matter that You have to bring to light is extremely important and urgent, please at least be better informed and necessarily provide Your full name and surname. Additionally, under section 4.11 of the Bretonian Charter of Interstellar Law, Captain Mathews may legally sue You for any offense that You directed at him.
