#1 An major OC raid has happened before, and all the lawfuls were obliterated. After than, the Outcasts then hammered everyone else.
#2 If another were to be staged, perhaps set it up as an RP battle in another system. Some of the unlawfuls would go through NY as backup, and just happen to run over a few on the way.

I can haz organise another raid? But yeah, those massive raids we had were funny as hell. We beat 7 shades out of lawfuls, brilliant. Maybe if the SA and LSF could go to Alaska to *investigate* something? I'm sure i could russle up some folk from LR and assorted allies.
A problem I commonly come across is massive cluttering near the Manhattan docking rings. When I see this, I usually stand at the top of the docking ring, and tell everyone to get at least 1000m away from me or be shot. Most of the time they'll disperse, but there's always a couple level 5's hang around, shooting at random things, or just not doing anything at all. There's nothing I can do about this, since my weapons would destroy them with one blast.

This is a brilliant idea. We can coordinate it with the H-fuel strike that's being planned and give a legitimate thing for the Liberty lawfuls to be doing (escorting a tightly negotiated H-fuel "mercy" shipment, for example), and let it slip to the unlawfuls. Particularly Eppy and his uber-fleet. And, to clean out the l'il ones? Bump them gently toward hostiles. Like the LR destroyer. Or even just blockade the exits to the system, and report them all for OOC "not cool n00bz, this not ur server!". Just be sure to let people through who are legitimately setting up characters.
Basically, if this is really necessary (methinks yes) then it *can* be set up in-RP, with all that actually try to RP it warned via PM to leave system before the massacre begins. I'm going to PM Del now so we can get the strike moving to encourage RP in NY, 'cuz either I forgot to shoot him contact details, he has amnesia, one of us is infested by Nomads (oh yeah, I need to shoot Praetyre a PM too... ssh, you didn't read anything), or the sun exploded and it just hasn't hit me yet.
ALG got angry at Liberty for unknown doubtful reason of an enthousiastic freedom to mass destruction weapons manifestation in Liberty, and decided to pay a bunch of pirates to mess around?
OK, I'm confuzzled as to why this thread is titled "LPI" when it has veered to have nothing to do with the LPI. When all this goes down, we're gonna be huddled up in Sunbucks, prayin' that the Navy deals with it.
Hehehe. Sounds awesome. We could have the SA and LSF tied up in, say, Alaska, responding to an Order threat. Then in comes the unlawful uberfleet. The LPI start screaming "EJECT!!! EJECT!!! RUN FOR YOUR LIVES!! AAAAAHHH!!!!", and the ginormous fleet utterly massacres the "innocent" bystanders, retreating before the Liberty forces come back.
