This is something I thought I'd never be forced to do yet here I am, speaking to my enemies.

I'll keep this short and lacking in information as it's not possible for me to find the neural net address of the one man I'm looking for; However, I have a friend who is in need of help and I may be the only hope of solving her...problem.

I'm looking for a man that goes by the name of James Lambert, believed to be working for the Liberty Navy. If he can directly contact me or if anyone knows where I may find him then I can only plea that you'll give me a response that doesn't involve a wish to kill me. I mean him no harm. This is personal and void of anything to do with the Lance.
