Greetings.
We had a lengthy conversation regarding your base within it's perimeter. I would like you to supply us with the exact details of your installation: Crew, Defenses, Core level, Hitpoints, Commodities, Repairs etc.

Greetings, my name is Deidre Shard and I am the administrator of Frost Station. I must say that while I did expect to hear from you at some stage, the delay in your contacting me pleases me somewhat. It means that the position of Frost Station was well chosen.
As we have told you, we are Iridium miners, or at least we are trying to be. Preliminary ground crews have found deposits on the surface of Planet Moros, exposed perhaps by deep tectonic movement or planetary event. Even now these samples are undergoing analysis. We wish to maintain a depot in orbit of Moros and continue our work in peace, nothing more, nothing less. Perhaps we can come to an arrangement where you could maintain this harmony as we have already had Order vessels launching full scale attacks against us. We have scrambled our IFF transponders, as this seems to confuse Nomads.
As for the location, well when we first surveyed out here we found what was left of exactly what we were trying to achieve. The disposable facility had clearly been disposed of. Anyone making claim to it would be trying to lay claim to trash they threw out years ago, right? Not that we found much anyway. She had been picked clean, but we did make use of the storage tanks. Who wouldn't have done that! What a fortunate thing, finding it just floating there like that!
As for our facilities internal information, we are willing to share the small amount of information you ask for. The structure is of modular construction and is composed of the following -
400 crew, supporting 200 more on the ground.
3x Weapons Defence Platforms. These are our deterrent as our equipment is delicate and requires precise calibration.
The installation is a Core 2 facility with a hull integrity index of 12,000,000.
As our installation is still fairly new we are not producing Iridium in commercial supply quantities yet. Our smelter is currently under construction.
As yet the station cannot offer repair facilities as we are constantly servicing our own equipment.
I will attach a file that proves that we are under threat from Order forces and possibly their allies. I would be prepared to enter negotiations for bounties on certain vessels found inside the system.

Greetings.
Ah, I'm glad you complied with our request. Now down to business.
I would like you to grant all Core| tagged vessels docking permissions on your base. I don't like the idea of an installation in my backyard that doesn't allow me to even use it. I will also ask you for a small and one time only fee for building this installation without our consent prior. 10,000,000 credits to Core|Bank.1 will suffice.
I would also like you to give me more in depth details on your operations concerning Planet Moros. Both within it's orbit and on the surface.
Prepare the human for further communications with the Hunters.

Hello again, Erik.
I'm afraid our circumstances have changed since we last spoke. We will no longer be administrating the Moros Depot. I am therefore unable to fulfill your request.
However as a sign of good faith from my people we will transfer the requested credits to your accounts within a few planetary cycles. We hope this will leave us on positive terms with the Core.
Any further negotiations will have to take place with the new owners.
Deidre, out.
