I would recommend a go with the flow aproach.
Focus on the player activity.
If that brings some crazy out of balance developments, so be it.
i couldnt think of greater out of balance developments then happening now.
However, you could make a new house, lets say Scandinavia.
And it could be bigger then Sirius and Galia together with no players in it.
LOL... Why would you want to do that??
I say, follow the hart of the activity(&strenght, combat results, etc) in the development of the lore.

Well, if that's really all you've gotten out of my wall of text, then I can't help you. Maybe once you have eaten your sandwich and calmed down to be capable seeing the whole picture in a more objective manner and without all the anti-Liberty emotions, there can be hope. But not now, that's sure.

Inter-Sirian wars introduced by disco destroyed logic and trade within Sirius - all colonies were meant to be mutually dependent on each other in bigger degree than lesser. How unscathed post-Nom war Bretonia got their arses handed over to Kusari who lost entirety of Honshu and Tokyo fleets? How Liberty mantains its economics without raw materials input from Rheinland?

I am not saying wars in general do not make sense - they should not be that frequent if anything. I'm far from claiming that Texasburg should happen. Bretonia should had steamroll Kusari. Liberty - while more than capable to defeat Rheinland in its sorry state - should suffer major short and long term consequences in its public relations and economy. Keep in mind, both Bretonia and Liberty have effectivelly nullified Bormann's treaty - a move which commited by Rheinlanders 20 years ago caused entire Sirius to go after them.

By the way, despite the fact that Kusari fleet got destroyed in the Nomad war, they were able to kick Bretonians from Leeds and they would do if Gauls didn't invaded. Kusari without fleet were able to do that, Rheinland not. Not everything is measured by single ruler.. this is not fair (double standard or what is the right english term)

This is entirely true. Bretonia hadn't had much conflict at all (this is at the time, years ago, yes I am aware of Mollies, but that doesn't compare to the amount of conflict the other houses had already seen by then), and were at the top of their game, and that didn't stop kusari, which was arguably the most wounded house at the time (nomads, blood dragons, what could be referred to as a civil war, then war with bretonia, etc), from beating them. So why is it that when rheinland is winning the war, it's suddenly decided that liberty has to beat them because "rheinland was wounded by the nomads way back when"?

It wasn't a sudden decision, Rheinland losing was part of lore for quite long before the gates got crippled, and even that happened like a year ago at least. I don't really get why you act like this whole had been decided like two days ago and it's the appropriate time to complain about it. Instead of qqing about the past you should rather brainstorm about the future based on the present, that would definitely be waaaaaay more constructive than what you are doing right now.

Why bother brainstorming about the future when anything lolberty doesn't like will just be ignored?

If you keep blaming your own lazyness, or just practically everything on Lolberty, then you better reconsider whether you want to suggest anybody to expand their brain capacity, and thus look even more hypocrite while doing so, or not. I'd say take your own advice first. Rheinland is not a special snowflake when it comes to bad treatment, Bretonia didn't got steamrolled the way some Bretonian officials had in mind either. Be happy Rheinland still has Hamburg.

When did the Liberty-Rheinland war started? I mean what year ingame. If the Nomad war was fought in 801 or so, and it's now 820, at least there should have been some time for Rheinland to recover something. If we admit that pre-nomad war, Rheinland was being induced to overbuild in anticipation to a war, that means that their strength was well above the needed to defend their territory.

If Rheinland had for example, say, 15 years (802 to 815 or 816) to economically and military recover, I think it would had at least some strength to hold his position, even if they couldn't advance against Liberty better preparation.

Even if Rheinland could deploy less assets than the mighty Liberty, it could very well stop their advance with superior tactics and equipment for the situations presented (like GMG did). Unless New Berlin was being raided everyday, I doubt that a military command would resort to desperation tactics like the ones employed on the gates.
