Prem. Scrap = 14k again, Diamonds unbuffed: File overwritten?

It seems the last commodity buff change has been lost, very likely due to a file being overwritten by an older version.

Currently, the Prem. Scrap is buffed again.
Diamonds are back to normal.

Can you please look into it?
