Guten Tag, Herr White. My name is Laura Carsten and I´m polizeidirektor of Rheinland Federal Polizei. As you probably noticed, your base Cryptic Heart doesn´t exist anymore, so you know that your application was obviously denied. I don´t know if you were there when it happened, so just for your information - your base was evicted and then deconstructed by by Rheinland Military together with Independent Miners Guild, not by Rheinland Federal Polizei.
Unfortunately you made two big mistakes. First - you built your base before applying for permission. This is rarely tolerated. Next time, apply bitte -before- you start building if you want to avoid such unfortunate end of your property. Second - you built your base incredibly close to existing IMG station and also very close to Rheinland battleship, and as far as I´m informed without any discussion with IMG or Rheinland military. None of those two liked it. So my another advice is - if you want to build base close to existing one or close to any planet, especially inhabited one, ask also it´s owner first. If you don´t do that, they may consider your base as possible threat and remove it as soon as possible to prevent problems. Just like it in case of your base.
