The matter has been bothering our peaceful company since appearance of so-called defenders of KTA, Tomioka-Kyushu Privateers. Any reasoning with Ageira ended on making us the bad guys. They failed to prove our connections to piracy - on basis of few shots of vessel that had been stolen from us before incident - and illicit actions, yet they accuse us.

We sue Ageira Innovations for:
- Unprovoked insults on our pilots by their staff.
- Insults and false accusations on our company, by calling us pirates.
- False accusations of us being connected to TKP or us funding them.
- Distrupting our business as whole, points described above.
- Threats against our company to avoid trial. (new!)
- Blackmailing with fake evidence. (new!)

We forward this official lawsuit to the Republic of Liberty Court. We are dusgusted by their accusations and actions, what harms our good name of company. We had enough and we will not tolerate such behaviour.

Before any litigation can begin, you should be aware that name-calling - even at the highest corporate levels - is not on its own an action that violates the Laws of Liberty. If you believe that you have a genuinely incurred a loss by the direct actions of the defendant performed within the jurisdiction of Liberty Law, then you may have a valid basis to file a lawsuit. Note that my office takes a very dim view of manipulation of evidence that is utilised in a slanderous manner.
