Lieutenant Commander Alexis Hunter has returned to active duty in the position Capital Warship Coordinator as a Captain. You'll be working with Commander Jensen. Don't let us down.
Lieutenant Commander John Graham, your consistency over time has warranted a promotion to Commander, and of course you're also now the Logistics Corps Head. Keep up the good work.
Ensign Jason May, the Admiralty feels that you are a bit overdue for promotion. Continue to impress us however, and your stay at the pay grade of Lieutenant may be only temporary.
Congratulations, now get out into space. That is all.
~ Fleet Admiral Rohj Teerin.
"You see what your knowledge tells you you're seeing. ... how, what you think the universe is, and how you react to that in everything you do, depends on what you know. And when that knowledge changes, for you, the universe changes. And that is as true for the whole of society as that is for the individual. We all are what we know, today. What we knew yesterday, was different; and so were we."

Cadet Valeria Alkaeva has done a fine job so far in the Liberty Navy, and the Admiralty has seen fit to promote you to the rank of Ensign. This entitles you to utilize all Libertonian snubcraft, i.e. the Liberator, Guardian, and Avenger, as well as the Upholder bomber. I'd recommend you get some of those set up and ready for combat duty. Keep up the good work, Ensign.
Lieutenant Jason May has decided to go into early retirement, acting as a recruiting officer aboard West Point Military Academy. We wish him best of luck in his future endeavors.
Keep working hard, everyone. Liberty's not going to keep itself safe.

Captain Rachel A. Baker is now currently listed as On Leave, citing personal reasons for her unexpected absence.
Commander Michael Morse, your aptitude for quick and reasonable thinking in the field is more than sufficient grounds for the rank of Captain. Your experience and confidence can be great examples to others; go out there and show them.
Commander Catherine Ellington, you are assigned the Special Operations Lead position, where you'll be working directly with Captain Morse.
As a long time member, Lieutenant Zoe Valentine is temporarily promoted to Lieutenant Commander. Show us what you can do.
Ensign Valeria Alkaeva, you are raised to the pay grade of Lieutenant for your quick learning skills in a strikecraft and general eagerness. Stick around, and you'll likely go much farther.
Cadet Johnathon Winchester has completed the new flight time requirements, and is therefore an Ensign. Make Liberty proud; fly well.
Be sure to check with the relevant personnel about new requisitions based on your promotions. Good day.

Captain Marisa Marshall has been consequentially stripped of her Quartermaster title, pending further consideration from the Admiralty about her lack of time spent on the job.

If you believe you've been missed, contact the Admiralty and we'll see about it. That is all.

With the commencement of Operation Royal Flush I'm pleased to announce the following:
Lieutenant Commander Reginald Lewis is assigned the acting rank of Captain. Your contributions have been many and complete, and this one's long overdue, Captain. As I'm certain you're aware, you've been assigned to I MEF in preparation for the Leeds offensive.
Rachel Baker is rejoining the Fleet at the rank of Colonel (LMC), also assigned to I MEF, where I'm certain her experience in ground operations will prove invaluable.
