Greetings Gaians, how does the seasons been treating you? Autumn leaves fall on many cities and mountains in Kusari, and the another harvest approaches the fields, bringing many of the stock for the coming winter,
Ah, pardon my drivel. I am the one known as the Fisherman, chief supervisor of the Takarabune Company, part of the greater Hogosha Association. You might have heard us from some of our associates. We work within the circles of the Hogosha, if the references aren't clear.
The other day I made a trip to Rheinland, and feeling somewhat in the mood to head to different trail than the ones I usually thread, I departed to Islay Base with a good load of... "discreet consumables" of Daumman origin. I'm sure you will make good use of them.
As you expressed interest before on the subject, I once again invite you to pass by some of our installations when you have time. Our suppliers bring new shipments of Corsair goodies everyday to Kabukicho, while our contacts at the Liberty border bring us some extra ammo for your Detroit made weaponry.
In return, how about some goodies you can get by your hand? The Golden Dragon Casino is always demanding new stocks of all sorts of drinks, and... well, you might find some other interesting stuff that fetch a good price in Kusari. After all, most of the market was relatively closed to all traders, so there might still be a big demand for common stuff.
Let me know your reply. With luck, we might be able to bring some more regular shipments to your bases. I'm sure you got the need and the funds for that.
May the Fortunes guide your path to justice.
The Fisherman
I have gotten wind of you and your associates previously, but I don't think we've ever spoken directly. I'm Clockwork, and I certainly appreciate the munitions. They should make for some timely explosions, eh?
We always seem to have plenty of gin around our stations, maybe we could bring some up your way? It's a thoroughly Bretonian drink after all. We also tend to find a lot of gold from the miners, maybe you could give it a better home than they? The same is true with the super alloy they produce in the Newcastle system. Would those be of any interest?

Hello once more, the Fisherman here. My apologies for not picking up this conversation of ours again for a long time.
I'm am very positive that many of our business would be glad to get an ample and steady supply of the good drinks produced in Bretonia, either by making them available for our traders, or by direct delivery at our posts in Kusari. If there is an interest in the latter operation, I think we can arrange an appropriate price for such transactions.
As for the Super Alloys you mentioned, they wouldn't raise any interest in me before, but we had some changes in our company, and we are looking for new supplies for some research and production projects. Where is it available? How much can you provide for our needs, and at what price? Some estimates will suffice for the time being.
I'll make sure to direct some shipments to Islay and other locations, bringing things you might need in the future. The previous shipment was on a whim, but if the Gaians have any specific needs, I think you will find that the Hogosha can be suitable providers for any of them.
May the Fortunes keep you safe and secure.
The Fisherman.
Due to the location of BMM and Bowex' operations in the Newcastle system, we generally have extra super alloy available on our station there, Skye Base. You are welcome to come visit and take a look at what we have available. I will speak with my associates about the possibility of delivering some, as well, if you'd like.
More munitions would be of much use, but engine components would also be exceptionally welcome. Are you able to acquire much of that? I may be willing to pay extra if you are able to get both Kusari and Gallic engine parts.

Konnichiwa, it is me again. Some time has passed since our last communications, and it seems I have left some pending deals. My apologies for that.
First, I was informed of a request for ship hull panels, to be delivered to a location in Cambridge. I managed to make a few passages there with products from Samura factories. The lads at Torshavn Space port were pleased with the delivery. I was glad to found some Gin for sale at a good price in return, so the long trip was not lost for me. 12 12 3
As for the engine components, we can supply a constant flow of Kusari made engines and spare parts, and can ship them to Islay or Skye, as you require.
As for the munitions, you links in Rheinland can do an occasional shipping of their type, while we have good reserve of Libertonian types on our installations near the border with the house.
-------------------
The Association has recently received a request from your organization about any Gaian assets being used by our members. I'm sure that the representative will provide you with the details requested, but I believe that we should also provide our word on it.
Recent events in the Taus and elsewhere have proven that our assets have fallen behind our competition in terms of both skill, technology and numbers. As numbers is not something we can rely on, we are looking for improving our technological armaments.
We would be interested in acquiring some extra Gaian ships for our affairs, mainly a few bombers and perhaps some gunboats, depending on the availability. We can discuss this in more detail after the HA inquiry.
Until then
May the Fortunes keep you safe and secure.
The Fisherman.
First of all, let me thank you for those deliveries. They have been very useful to our operations, as always. In addition to this thank you and the funds our dockmasters paid, you will find that your tab will always be covered at the Green Hell on Islay, if you end up there.
We do have some potential extra ships around that your organization is welcome to use due to our long standing business dealings. We only ask that you thoroughly register any Claymore-class gunboats with our central organization, though it is appreciated if you report any ship purchases, as well. Additional ship materials would also be useful, if you could continue to ship engines and hull panels. In the future, you are welcome to announce such deliveries in this channel here.
On another note, I was talking to Dan and he was wondering if you might have any of those old Ahoudori class ships around? Apparently he's got himself some thinkings. Even if it needs some engine work, that'd be fine, going to try to upgrade that anyway, aye?

Konbanwa, it's your partner from the Blue seas of Kusari, The Fisherman.
I would like that one of my men has arrived at Islay with a new batch of Black Market Munitions (2944 crates), coming from Rheinland.
-----------------
Regarding the ship exchange, namely the Claymore type gunboats, I would like to request on behalf of the Association for the lending of a total of 4 Claymores to our services.
As you know, there is currently one on active duty already, and there is another awaiting to depart from your docks, pending your approval. That would leave us with an additional 2 to be constructed and fitted.
Instead of awaiting for a surplus vessel to be directed to our pool of assets, we would like to contribute to their construction, to ensure a prompt delivery, and to free up your workshops for other affairs.
We can supply many of the necessary components for their construction, mainly engine components, ship hull panels, optronics, and the initial load of h-fuel for them. We might not have weapon systems components for the project at hands reach, but I can make some contacts to see if there are suppliers from Rheinland or Gallia.
As the builders of such craft, I'm sure your are aware of what needs to be shipped better than us. I'll await your instructions with anticipation.
------------
As an incentive for the authorization for the release of the second Claymore, I'm willing to provide an Ahoudori, which has been in use by our company for many months. It is in good condition, and maintenance has been done last week, so it's ready for duty.
May the Fortunes keep you safe and secure.
The Fisherman.
