FROM:Sunny ~ President of the AFC TO : MOLLYS SECURITY:HIGH SUBJECT:Race Track
Dear Mollys,
After visiting Dublin a few times I couldn't help but notice there was a race track around there. I've heard rumors around it from my boys but never really seen it myself till now.
I am just writing to just confirm you all are fine with some of us racers checking out the track and using it. If you want we can bring something over as well. Drinks perhaps?
Oy's Blodwyn, frem d'O'Driscoll clann, councillor o' d'Molly Republic.
As we ain't really shure what ye mean, oy'll be rephrasin' :
D'ye request d'use of d'track in Dublin ?
Un' oif dhat so, when d'ye wanna use it, o' how long ?
Anyway, lemme inform ye dhat d'council be currently debatin' o'er yer request oif we did unnestand it d'roight way.

If you aid us, and you aid them, you are the enemy.
If you do not aid them, you are worthless outside of extortion potential.
If you aid us, you will be treated with respect.

Dear Miss O'Driscoll,
Excellent and thank you for the response.
To put it in another way we are asking since the Mollys pretty much have dominance in Dublin, if you would be alright with us venturing out and racing on the track without offending or angering any of you.
And for the question of when and how long...
Depends on... how we feel... if you know what I'm talking about... dope.
Basically, could be any time and I cannot say really for how long...
O'course, ye did roight tae ask oos afore anywun else, fer nae only we do claim Dublin as aours but we's also enforcin' aour law in d'whole system.
So basically, ye want d' track tae be at yer disposal at any toime, roight ?
Nae shure oif d'lads un' lasses would loike tae see a bunch o' crazy racers on drugs, roamin' 'round, but... d'council decoided dhat ye lot moight be usefull tae oos in some way.
O' course, fer using aour system un' its tracks, un' possibly attractin' some potential troubles, we'll ask fer sumtin' in exchange :
A full P-train load o' Coffee each week, ye sees, some o' aour folks loike tae pour sum coffe in deir 'skey, in d'mornin' . Dunno whoy dey loike dhat, but we'll have use o' dhis coffee, so we want it delivered at d'Coin, roight ?
We'll also ask ye fer a favour, nutin' extraordinay, o'course. We'll talk 'boot dhat ladder, when t'will be toime tae do so.
So, consider ye lot granted d'use o' what ye asked afore, oif ye do accept aour terms obviously.
