Why I have seen a Togo quite some times recently, if you cared to make a little research on what is happening in Kusari. Just tonight, another fleet of Blood Dragons capitals have made their appearance. Outcasts too from time to time, and lots of Junkers.

Plenty of things for Naval Forces to log into, in Battleships or not.
