In other words, Gallia will lose the war, its already known that this will happen, as a matter of fact, when this update is fully finished, Gallia will have lost Leeds due to the Liberty Navy and would be forced back to the Tau's.

That's a bit of an iffy stance, given that none of the characters involved can see the future.

On the other hand, a nation pre-emptively declaring the enemy beaten is nothing new. It's a way to motivate your followers into one, "last", heroic effort.

I'm not explaining anything. Those interested in watching how Royal Flush unfolds (the outcome is already pre-determined, and something along these lines has been in the pipeline for quite a while now) would probably not enjoy me spoiling what's coming up right here and now.

Perhaps it'll be sufficient to say that if it involved my faction losing that much ZoI, I would be boycotting it rather than participating in it.

Yeh but it hasn't happened yet, Gallia is still a threat and not yet beaten. Battleship Oubli still points it's FWD Gun at Planet Leeds the war still rages thus by logic inRP, the allies would only announce that this is the day Gallia loses the war when then the actual offensive to destroy Gallia has already taken place and Gallia actually lost.

To talk as though the war is already won before it actually has been is retarded, whether or not said saying is just a battle cry to drum up courage or any other human emotion in what has been up til now an inferior opponent.

inRP the allies do not know Gallia is going to loose the war, only players know it ooRP. So posting ooRP outcomes inRP is also stupid.

Remember in World War 2 the allies didn't not announce VE Day - Victory in Europe day until the nazis were actually beaten. The allies have effectively done the same declared a V Day without a Victory yet...

In fact right now inRP, Bretonia is desperate and on its knees all it knows is that the Liberty Navy is coming to help but nothing more, there would be doubt in everyone's mind as to the actual outcome of the war. At best there is DeadLock between both sides, thus the idea to think the Enemy is already beaten would be futile and non-existent. Fear and Uncertainty are the prevailing emotions of the time.

Bretonia only managed to hold back Kusari from completely invading Leeds. But in one day Gallia put both Kusari and Bretonia on it ass.

It would be implausible to think Gallia had lost the war, especially before the final battle has even begun to spin as a battle cry is thus stupid IMO.....
