I gotta ask whats going to happen with these factions?
I mean in the descriptions it talks about the council gaining its strength silently after their exile from gallia, and given that gallia is camping leeds and focusing all their forces there, i think it would make sense for them to expand. Also i think the redemption should have more hull armor, it's not something i absolutely want to happen but its just an opinion given it doesnt have a FG. (still a great ship just think that would make sense since valor FG and superior armor shuts down redemption a lot) Opinions on this would be nice.
As far as Kusari is there like going to be a civil war? I would really love for that to happen, if it does maybe it would make sense to give the exiles ID access to BS's, although ive seen some more GC activity lately i think it would spike even more activity in kusari.
Also one last thing, ive started making events for these factions with potential for massive pews that dont often get them. Examples: Council, Exiles, KNF. I know ive only hosted one but i intend to make much more. What factions would you like to see have more pews? Please discuss

Council should fight out their place in Gallia and that's sure thing. However, Exiles were at verge of deletion as there was no activity, what would make little sense after all coup as not Kusari are after Republic (Samura is pissed off, for example, since Kishiro became the favourite pet of the new government, so its logical they are pro-Imperial). There even were voices to push their story to make them even more attractive.
However, what makes me laugh all the time is the little fact that the majority of the Parliment was... pro-Imperial.
Char is trying his best with Dai 343 Kokutai and I'm helping him as I can, yet there's something I can't understand. For now, in Kusari, all three (or four) forces are comparable.
- Imperial Navy have at least 2 battleships, Samura supplies and some Council support (remember they can still manage to capture or convince crew to desert KNF).
- Republican Navy have at least 4 battleships, Kishiro supplies and Rheinland shipyards (they are still rebuilding after their fleet got rekt).
- Blood Dragons and GC have at least 3 battleships, silent GMG support and aside of capital power, they are elite pilots able to take down multiple capital ships.
The latter may be quite problematic, as BD are growing impatient for Outcasts presence in Kusari (they worship Nomads) and BD-GC ideologies are way different, so there's a possibility for shattering this fatal alliance in the future. Not that Dragons have ties with The Order as well, and GC are more connected to the Outcasts, due to their cardi addiction.
GC - BD - OC relations are kinda difficult, but I will try to explain. Dragons and Outcasts - Well first problem between them would be Cardamine and then Nomads. They are un-friendly - no dock because they still share common enemy in Kusari aka Corsairs.
Dragons and GC - Even if GC uses Cardamine for their benefits, Dragons and GC are still fighting Naval forces, Hogosha and Farmers. Dragons dont want to break alliance with GC because it would mean just troubles and GC doesnt want to break it because they wouldnt survive without Dragons.
Anyway, I dont think Redemption's armor should be increased, after all it's old Version of Valor, Normandie class if I am right and its just captured ship or "salvaged" wreck brought back to service. It wouldn't make a sense to build new ship if wreck is going to have more advantages, ye?
And about Kusari... In next few updates Kusari will be full of fun ^.~
Council fighting their civil war up in Gallia is not a matter of "if" but "when". Right now inRP logic would dictate that we turn our attention towards Gallia, especially to the systems around Champagne, as GRN is pumping their forces out of the Kingdom and into Sirius, but at the same time we experienced an increase in playerbase and activity recently, which can rather be thanked to the Bretonian Frontier, so ooRP logic would then dictate that we keep focusing our in-game activity there to strenghten Council's active playerbase. Additionally, so far it seems GRN is more comfortable with fighting in Sirius, and having to fly up to Gallia might be inconvenient for them. (Note that it's just my opinion about them, for clarification ask them.)
Redemption is fine, it's meant to be inferior anyways, being old, scrapped/salvaged, then renewed Valor, and it still has 6 heavies/4 prims contrary to Valor's 4 heavies/6 prims.

What clarification, you're literally one of us! 8|
@OP
AFAIK the Republican forces have 9-10 battleships (4 stationary ones, 3 that escaped the Bretonian frontier into Republican hands and 2 more built over the years in Rheinland/Kusari, if you want you can even search up the RP we had for that, we even had events about attacking the incoming battleships, it was loads of fun). But you need to remember that in capital ships terms - the KNF was more focused around building their new BCs than new battleships.
The Republic as it is now, doesn't suffer from a major Capital ship threat, the Exile fleet has only 2 battleships, and a handful of destroyers. Same for the Blood Dragons who has 3 battleships and the GC who has their immobile battleship in Okinawa. BCs are cheaper and quicker to produce, letting them deploy a heavy fire-support vessel at a quite the low cost.
You also need to remember that while the Exiles has a steady stream of casual supplies - they have little to no place to build their ships at, while the Republic has 2 shipyards at its loyal disposal (Kishiro - Honshu, KNF - Hiroshima).
Military-wise, while the exiles are currently indeed the largest threat to the Republic, they are still relatively a small one, and quite incomparable. Their real power is derived from their bastions of support - mainly Kyushu and those citizens who moved to Nagano, their threat is more of a political one, as there is always the chance of revolts - and if a revolt successfully happens (with or without a military intervention of the Exiles *hint hint*) - then they become a very real threat to the Republic.
I still think that the ultra-proud Kusari should plot revenge for the GRN-deeds to their glorious nation and should mount a real insurgency, backstabbing into the Taus, unleashing guerilla warfare in T23, T29, Kyushu to discourage GRN retaliation towards NT.
That would be a cool Kusari I could somehow like.
Not the one that gave up, rolled over, and offered the massage oil.
It would not be a to big supriese if the exiles and council would work togetter and fortiefy the grip in Roussillon.
And build with silent help of Samura and Hogosha(maybe even the brigants are helping smugeling) some infra Structure like a shipyard, maybe even a hidden jumpgate to a Samura system?
(maybe there is even a possible new shipline to the mix of tech )
