as said in the base name, we are civilians. we have one thing to say.
the Roussillon laws are a bit restrictive on the enter rights in roussillon, as civilian we cant say nothing on it to the pilots who enter in our system!
could you clarify for the sirian community, who can enter or can't enter in roussillon.
as i said, as civilians we work only with indies.
in short term, we have decided to not speak about roussillon laws with the pilot entering in roussillon.
we cant make your job on it.
if we see some pilots in roussillon, we will say bonjour

Dear poor owner of Cabane,
Despite The Council being a revolutionary paramilitary movement aiming for replacing the current tyranny of Gallia with democracy, we are not a republic yet. Currently, especially in Roussillon the safety et security of the inhabitants is deemed to be more important by the High Command than their individual freedom of inviting anybody they want into our home system without restrictions.
Maybe if you would be not a poor, but a rich owner of Cabane, et would aid our movement's ship construction both financially et with supplies, then maybe we could strenghten our defenses to the point where we'll be able to afford the luxury of risking information about Roussillon spreading throughout the whole sector, et eventually end up at our worst enemies. Maybe if our defenses would be better funded, we could not worry about GRN revealing our location et massacre hundred thousands, if not millions, simply because some were careless about whom they invite into Roussillon.
But that's not the case yet, we can't defend Roussillon from the GRN yet, should they eventually find out where we are. The safety of all those dwelling in here, including you, relies on discrecy, secrecy, it relies on that none but the most trustworthy knows about us. Et as it is the responsibilité of The Council to ensure your safety, it is the right of The Council to restrict the entrances of the system... to ensure your safety.
The current regulations are fine as they are now. Sirians who are allowed to enter, know about it, those who aren't, shouldn't even know about the system. About whom can or cannot enter Roussillon as well as about related requests you can find sufficient information on the following channel:
