Another joung man, stepping into Christy´s for the first time, looking around curiously.
Small, in his middle twenties, and well cept. Neat haircut beneath the helmet and open, intelligent eyes.
William greeted the regulars somewhat shyly, but seemed determined not to disgrace his new uniform.
His movement and body control suggested that he spent much time ceeping fit, and his reflexes to the occasional slap or punch to a sholder clearly showed some form of martial arts training focused on evasion and control.
William Earnest Barnikel, the newest Constable in the ranks had fitted the fresh signs only today, and had wanted to celebrate his new rank as Constable. Soon he was relaxing as the other Bobbys greeted him, and he took the occasional joke with calm acceptance. Even if he was one of the joungest here he knew enough to see even the rougher sort of pick as what it was : friendly testing, and a sign of acceptance. But still... between all these experienced officers he wanted to hide, not to be in the middle of the floor.
He had learned early always to ceep his back to the wall and it was hard to forget, hard to supress all training and ceep the nagging suspicions in check.
He would learn, would prove worthy. Would serve.
Perhaps he could make undone all the blood, then. Even if it had been in self defense.
"To serve and to protect, and to honour her Majesty !" How they laughes and agreed... jes, he was at home. "Cheers !"

Christy's Fine Tea and Delicious Pastries ~ 02/25/822 Young woman walks in, wearing traditional Police's uniform with blue, red and white color, however without a helm. Her long brown hair and blue, but tired eyes would say all. Hard day, or two days? She isn't really sure herself. Hon hon on Smugglers, Pew Pew pirates and criminals and Hurr Hurr to her convoy mates. Yeah hard two days, she needs to rest for a while, for a loooooong while.
Oh well, she looks around and sits down on the bench near the wall, leaning her head against the table. She keeps mumbling something about silly day and about Bretonia.
The thunder outside rattles the windows as the rain bears down from the black overcast sky almost as unrelenting as ever. Christy comes in from the back behind the counter, and scans the floor of her shop, seeing a woman with her face on the desk, with a quiet amused chuff she continued to sort and replace the pastries for the afternoon selection.
Lightning flashed as a the door opened slowly, A man walked into the establishment, his police trenchcoat and helmet glistening after leaving the eternal downpour behind him. "Afternoon Mr De'Havilland" Christy said after a breif check to see who it was before continuing on her way to the back of the shop, still organising the stock.
Justin removed his coat and helmet, placing them on the drying rack. "mm hm" he offered simply, noticing the woman with her head down in the corner, though not really paying her any mind. Christy came shuffling back through to the store front with a small crate of fresh pastries. "Same as usual?" she asked him in a tired manner, since the pair of them hadnt exactly had the best history but he was a regular customer.
"Please, yes" Justin offered whilst he took his usual seat at the counter right infront of christy. he turned for a moment re-thinking this and then moved over to the jukebox in the corner of the shop front. Taking out his card he scanned it against the machine projected a list of available tracks, with the option to scroll. Ignoring this he spoke clearly to the machine "Track 301, medium volume" after a moment the appropriate music began to play in the shoppe.
It was then he moved back to his seat. Taking out his holo crystal he placed it on the counter and switched it on, a holographic display activated and shimmered. He began to idly peruse the news headlines, looking for any signs of happiness. He knew it was a fools errand.
Christy approached and placed his usual black coffee onto the counter and then left again to attend to other things. Justin without looking or saying anything continued to read the news, "Gallics Reaching for Liberty!" said the headline. thunder rattled ambiently outside as he reached for his coffee and took a sip "arent they coming to finish us off... ?" he asked rhetorically to himself and sighed with a light shake of the head.

Christy's Fine Tea and Delicious Pastries ~ 02/25/822 "Uhhhh, who's making such a weird noise... I am trying to rest over there!
She thinks and sighs quietly, trying to ignore it. She seems to be resting for a while, but after a short time she looks up who's messing with jukebox. Shortly after she finds this music relaxing and stands up, slowly walking to the counter.
"Greetings? Can I get a cup of fine tea pretty please? I guess I caaaaaaan't work with it"
Then she turns around and eyes the man who turned on the jukebox.
"Hmmmm, maybe I should try to chat with him? Better than falling asleep here, heh"
"Uhhhh, Greetings sir?"
She rolls her eyes, if she could then she would facepalm right now but it would be really stupid and comic.
"Veeeeeeeeeeery goooooood start you little idiot" She sighs loudly, when this phrase came into her mind.
Justin was a rugged looking man in his mid thirties, extremely short hair and stone grey eyes, he looked at the woman momentarily, "mm? awake now are you... Junior constable?" he said after a moment, checking her uniform and not seeing any badges or ribbons to indicate a higher rank.
Thunder rumbled overhead in a low tone, christy came back in from the back, the woman sighed loudly which was a little annoying to Justin, he wondered what her problem was. "If im that boring please take a seat elsewhere" De'Havilland commented before turning back to the holonews on the counter top.
"Did you want something love?" Christy asked wiping offer her hands with a towel and approaching the counter.
Justin continued to browse the news while the woman next to him ordered a drink. "Fruit tea, alright" Christy said and typed a few things into the register before swiping Skyes card and then giving it back to her. "Be nice.." Christy said as if to herself, before moving back to the kettle behind her, preparing Skyes drink.
Justin looked at Christy whom was obviously speaking to him with that little message. turning back to the woman next to him justin nodded "Justin De'Havilland" he said putting his coffee down and offering a hand.
Justin shakes her hand, seeming a little dissapointed, "hm a limp handshake" he thought to himself not letting his thoughts come through in his mannerisms. "I suppose she is a woman" a further thought cropped up.
he quickly shook his head trying to dismiss the awkward thoughts he was having that might interupt his conversation. "I havent seen you here before.. Guess you are new to the force hm?" Justin asked before taking a further sip of his coffee, "Everything going alright?".
Christy brewed Skyes fruit tea and brought it over to the counter, "There you are love.. Enjoy"

Christy's Fine Tea and Delicious Pastries ~ 02/25/822 "Yay! Tea! And it smells nice! Hmmmhmhmhmhmmm!"
Skye smiles kindly and takes the cup of fruit tea, turning to Christine for a while.
"It looks very good!"
She says and takes a short sip... She just couldn't wait and in hurry she forgot it's kinda 'hot'
"Ouch! Ouch!"
Skye makes sure the cup of tea won't fall onto the ground and slowly puts it on the counter. Then she looks down on her uniform where few drops of tea have fallen.
"Skye, you idiot! How can you forget the tea is HOT?! Now you look like a stupid idiot and look at your uniform. Little clown, little clown!"
"Ohhh well! I am new! I joined Police..."
She counts on fingers, meanwhile she tries to dry her uniform with a hand.
"Ahhh yes! 2 days it would be!"
She giggles and facepalms, it must have looked really comic... Counting on two fingers when did she join BPA.
"Oh well... I though it couldn't be worse... Stupid Skye. SHAME!"
