Greetings, friends of the VWA. My name is Raymond Steed, I represent a small company called 'Newport Traders'.
First, I would like to apologize. Since I'm not rheinlander in origin, I can't pronounce your organization's name in a correct manner, and I would not like to offend you by saying it wrong, of course. So, I must beg your pardon.
Secondly, to the reason I'm contacting you. 'Newport Traders' was founded in the first weeks of the new year, and since then we've been procuring to buy a new freighter, but somehow the big corporations have effectively closed the market for us, small freelancer traders. No 'regular' supplier would sell us a ship, since we are not working for one of the big companies.
Then a few days ago, a rheinlander freelancer I met at the Newport Depot bar told me that the Bundschuh Partei had a few units of the Dromedary freighter to sell at a base in Munich. He had the aproximate coordinates for the jumphole from Frankfurt to Munich, but not the base location.
So the next day I departed in a civilian shuttle to the jumphole location. When approaching the coordinates, I picked up a VWA ship on my scanner, transponder designation "VWA|Fischkutter". But before I could make radio contact with it, the ship jumped. I tried my luck and jumped after it. Sure enough, the big liner had also detected me and was waiting at the other side. I then contacted it's captain and declared my intentions of purchasing a Dromedary. The captain was a little suspicious at first, not without reason I admit, but he soon recognized my peaceful intentions of doing business, and authorized me to land at Eltmann Outpost.
Below I attach a transcript of the radio communication, so you can see for yourselves and crosscheck with the 'Fischkutter' black boxes:

[10.02.2015 15:16:08] NTL-Langstone: I wonder if you will mind me buying a Dromedary from your base?
[10.02.2015 15:16:33] VWA|Fischkutter: Marco: As long, you don't use it against us...
[10.02.2015 15:16:46] VWA|Fischkutter: Marco: Go ahead, but don't tell anyone this..
[10.02.2015 15:17:01] NTL-Langstone: Of course not... Thanks, sir.

[10.02.2015 15:21:59] NTL-Langstone: Fly safe
I would like to extend my thanks to Herr Marco, commander of the 'Fischkutter', for his kindness when dealing with a complete stranger; and also to the base's vendor manager, he was very polite and professional, as I expected. "If you weren't blasted to dust on your way in, you are ok, mein freund!" - that's what he said to me. Funny fella...
In any case, I thought in a way to repay you folks for your kindness towards me. So I rounded up some supplies I thought you might be needing and delivered them to Bruchsal. That's the least I can do to show you how grateful I am. Below you have the ship's manifest:
So, to put all this ramble into one short sentence: You have made a friend. If your group ever needs to procure any supplies that you can't get easily, you can contact 'Newport Traders' at Newport Depot, Sigma-13. We are always willing to help our friends.
The Vereinigte Widerstandsarmee and the Bundschuh Partei are glad to have been of help to a small group of traders. We know it is difficult to compete with the large corporations that have the government completely under their influence. This is gives us a common goal: to undermine this influence. If we can help traders independent of the large corporations then that combats those corporations' domination of both the market and politics.
We'd also like to express our sincere gratitude for the supplies you delivered to us. Our movement is always struggling to survive and we are dependent on allies and suppliers that have the guts to defy the Polizei. Bringing us basic consumer goods might seem like a small thing but to us it is vital. The ammunitions are also very useful as most weapon industry is off limits to us. The vodka will be welcomed by pilots who need to have a drink and some relaxation after a tough flight.
We will remember the Newport traders and treat you respectfully. If we ever are in dire need for some supplied we will know who to contact.
Mit freundlichen Grüßen, Freya Eistochter
Vorsitzende der Bundschuh Partei
Sorry for the delayed answer, I was kinda busy lately.
I was glad to know my small delivery was appreciated. I know how the most basic things can be difficult to obtain if you are not part of certain 'groups', let's say... I was just glad I could help you folks back.
I can make some more deliveries now and then, if you want. It's really no problem at all. And if you need something, just ask.
