Well Thunderer the model was the only one that made the cut, nobody else volunteered to model it. XD

And FP, I doubt you'll see it going 'AHHH MOTHERLAND!' against a Legate/Ranseur by itself. XD That's silly.
We meant for it to look like a submarine (keeping in look with the Typhoon Sumarine-esque style). All in all we're happy that we finally got a third Cap slot filled, we'll just have to see how she gets balanced as.

I don't see how people can dislike the model. I actually like how well its level of detail fits into Freelancer (as in, it's not a 100k poly ship that looks like it fell out of Crysis), while still having some interesting details all over the place.

Quality stuff if you ask me.

And also yeah, if all goes according to plan (and I don't see why it wouldn't) the SCRA will get a BS/Carrier.

Also, I can see a Sarissa inside. Should be relatively useful if the size and stats are similar.

As for more serious matter, hm. I can say I see no problem with SCRA having one or two battleships like this. However, I still see no sense in, say, GMG having no access to even their own gunboat line. They are rich, they have shipyards. So why GMG don't have their own gunboats, at least?

I've ninja'ed it. I thought about gunboats and perhaps a gunboat/destroyer hybrid.

GMG, next to the IC, are the powertrade faction which perhaps own more money than combined corporate potential from one house. I believe they (GMG) possess bigger treasury than Kruger, Daumann, ALG and Republican combined.
