I'd think Dundee would be littered... it is, after all, a warzone system, and while there is a lot going on in Tau-31, populating Dundee like Eta was populated with minefield, border station, etc. would be nice.
I'd also like to see Corsair vs. Outcast and vice versa missions in Eta. Maybe a Corsair battleship near the jumphole or something as a base- the Freeport is a long way from Eta compared to Palermo, so as is I would expect the Outcasts to have obliterated the Corsair presence there by now.

Or not, if it was close to the JH no OCs would ever be able to attack Gamma, leading to some very boring sitting above Malta. I think the Corsairs would be prohibited from making a base by the OCs, (think base killing mission, only more important.) Remember, Palmero was built AFTER the minefield was up.
Edit: Sorry about the double post, just hit "Reply" without thinking.

True, hadn't thought about that... maybe some 20-30k off? It would be just grand to see OC and Corsairs able to take missions against each other, but you're right, anything major camping the JHs and the players wouldn't be able to raid.
i'd love to have something related to Mon'Star...somewhere. if this RP event i'm attempting doesn't work out, i'm sure i can come up with something else

Perhaps an "asteroid field" in Dundee that consisted of blown up ship parts instead of asteroids. Not a very dense field, and perhaps just pockets of wreckage in various locations.

If we get a graveyard in Dundee...we'll need a few things...Something in there to really be fighting over, like a niobium field, or some sort of strategic advantage. I suggest extending the minefield in tau 31 to explain why the battles in Dundee are so fierce: If the Kusari can capture Dundee, they've a road to use to bring capital fleets into bretonia, which is not easy to do in tau 31. Dundee, then, becomes the major front of the war, not defended by any installation, but seat to a near constant fleet engagement...
Perhaps some battleship wrecks, with active guns on them, instead of any minefields or normal defenses, kept active out of desperation....
Oh, and battleship/cruiser patrols moving through the systems that lead to dundee, to show where they come from.

Fortunately for the BAF, Dundee appears to be one of the places where they are soundly drubbing the KNF. Perhaps the Bretonians could set up a base, or move in a Battleship, like the York (that's its name, right?), to act as a base for a counter-attack?
