Council of Commissars sent me to you as a representer of SCC. A small introduction about us if you allow. We are Sirius Coalition Commissariat, a police, special operations squard and intelligence organisation of the Coalition People's Republic. Acting from the shadows and fighting smart - thats us. So far our main area of operations have been around Omegas and Rheinland, but Gallic threat and also Outcast smuggling operations forcing us to turn eyes towards Tau region. The problem with it is simple - Coalition dont have any strong allies there to cooperate with to ensure success of our operations.
Thats why Council of Commissars has sent me here. We know that IMG suffer from Gallia and Outcasts one way or another, and could always use a hand in matters where IMG cannot be noted acting... aggressive. SCC could help you out, if you can provide us a place to dock for repairs and restock. Using Freeports is unallowed luxury for us, too much eyes and ears there. Plus Confederation of Freeports is quite suspicious about guests like us. No, we need a place hidden from masses, secret to major enemies and not located somewhere outside of Tau region. Do you have such place and shall accept our offer?
I am Jack Henderson, Operations Coordination office in the Guild. I have green lights of the Guildmastery to make you this offer:
> Open access: Falkland (Tau 37)
> Alternative open bases: Jakarta, Fort Siloso (Tau 39)
> Restricted access: Java (Tau 23)
For access to Fort Siloso, the Guild needs to know your transponder tags, so the base can be adjusted. Docking should be possible without (given a good stance with the IMG), but it is safer to have your transponders green-listed.
For all bases discretion is of highest importance: You cannot be seen docking to an IMG installation by the GRN or their allies. The Guild's involvement must stay hidden. That's also why Java (T23) is strictly off limits. Gallic agents are numerous there and detection is guaranteed. When fighting Outcast, your involvement doesn't have to be hidden at all costs, however we prefer discreet allies.
All bases can be stocked up with the necessary infrastructure needed: sleeping rooms, general amenities, medical treatment, repair shops, etc. What we might need is special spare parts for your craft. Also it has proven effective to have some of your mechanics there to instruct IMG mechanics on your technology, even though Falkland already has been hosting Coalition forces and there should be some knowledge, in case such a transfer is difficult for you.
Anyway, I am looking forward to a strike wing and I hope for some fruitful cooperation in the Taus.

Privet, Comrade.
Thank you for the answer. Your offer is generous and I will make sure SCC will prove worth of your hospitality. I shall instruct our men to aviod Java unless its being attacked and defend any IMG miners from an Outcast aggression. Currently we have no intention to dock with Fort Siloso, but if it'll ever be needed - I will pass you our Tau Region operative's tags. Falkland is perfect place for them at this moment and should be more then enough for small group. We shall also in no way expose IMG in face of either Gallia or Kusari. If there will be anything you need from us, use this channel to contact me. I will do the same.
The SCC Strike Wing has just arrived in the Taus and it has been escorted to their new home in Tau 37 by an IMG wing of fighters. While I am reporting this success in relocating forces from the Omegas to the Taus without any major incidence with an IMG convoy, your pilots are getting introduced to their quarters and the amenities of Falkland.
I am looking forward to our cooperate operations in the Taus.
