Indeed, the 343rd is interested in further communications.
Consider these to be the opening moves in the diplomacy between enemies. We are not your friends, neither do we want to be.
Back some time ago, almost two months, I believe, it was brought to my attention by one of your emissaries that the Crimson Cross, as the leading faction of the Maltese Nation is interested in an agreement between our two groups, considering it to be a necessity regarding the ever rising threat of the Gallic presence in the Taus.
As much as it hurts my pride, I agree. It is necessary to change some attitudes looking at the new rising threat. I propose that we make our offers for an... agreement on this channel.
Should personal contact be of a necessity -such as for the signing of a contract- I propose Freeport 10 in the Tau-37 System as a meeting point. It is far enough from both our mainline forces to be considered neutral territory, and protected by Zoner laws.
I hope for a quick response.

It is rare we send emissaries, so it was likely one of our ranked Crusaders you met prior.
To speak of the specifics: This is not a gesture of friendship, this is an attempt to ceasefire on a group that we hold a modicum of respect for. Consider yourself lucky we're beginning this now.. such an agreement would not be possible in the coming months from the Maltese perspective. Specifics aren't needed, so I'll spare you.
For this agreement, I will ask you first submit your desired terms of the agreement here. If they are acceptable, we will submit ours and we may proceed from there--
If they are not.. well, don't expect me to be exactly patient in showing you the error of your ways.
Speak quickly.

I'll make this short, since you did me that courtesy as well. Your internal relations are your affair, and I will not trifle with them. Our propositions for an agreement are the following:
This is a non-aggression pact with exceptions
In the vicinity of GRN vessels, there will be no agression between the Crimson Cross and the 343rd.
Attacks on Gallic civilians will be ignored by the 343rd, should they be witnessed
Sirian civilians will be under the protection of the 343rd. Piracy will not be ignored.
Kusari citizens of any kind are under the protection of the 343rd. Piracy or hostility will not be ignored.
The 343rd will limit its patrols in Tau-23 to route between the Kyushu Jumphole and the Tau-29 Jumphole
The 343rd will limit its presence in Tau-37 and northern Tau-23 to passing ships
The Crimson Cross will limit its patrols in Tau-23 to everything except the route between the Kyushu jumphole and the Tau-29 Jumphole
The Crimson Cross will limit its presence in Tau-29 to passing ship
The Crimson Cross will not smuggle Cardamine or Slaves through 343rd Space
Encounters between the two factions outside the mentioned zones are to be kept non-hostile

If you really think we're targeting Kusarians specifically, you're more out of touch than I thought. We're equal opportunity extortionists us Maltesians; we aren't picky.
But please, by all means, continue thinking we have issue with your kind. It serves us well to be feared.
We'll agree. For now.
We're done here.
