Well met, officials of Bowex. I am Kjarl Dragonmane, emissary of the Wyrdmake Clan.
We understand that Bowex are among the leaders of the haulage industry in Sirius. Especially in the area of bulk haulage. We would like to procure your services for delivery of supplies and other materials to Gran Canaria in Omega-49. More specifically, delivery to the port of Port Jackson, which i believe your company administers, for trans-shipping to our land.
We would like to receive a quote on how much your services to deliver the items would require, so as to set aside the proper funding for the endeavor, before shipments begin, should you agree to undertake our business.
The cargo manifest has been attached to this transmission for your perusal.
Good day, and death to the gallic menace.

I must say, the name Wyrmdrake rings a bell. Is there any relation there to Ms Ylva Wyrdmake of Freeport 1? We've had most agreeable dealings with her in the past. Now, of course, to the business at hand. I presume you are acting as an agent on behalf of a Zoner business? And if you don't mind my asking - and I mean this with no disrespect at all - I do wonder what interest a Zoner business might have in Port Jackson, or the region around it?
We naturally welcome funds that we can invest within the lease area, but this case does make us... curious. Port Jackson is very isolated; a long way from Port Canaria indeed, and few enough of the locals choose to make the trip. We've had a little bit of trouble recently with misunderstandings where goods Bowex have shipped to Zoners have been used for less than satisfactory purposes, so all we are looking to do is make sure your own endeavours would not endanger local Bretonian interests.
I'm sure we have absolutely nothing to worry about, and will be more than happy to confirm prices for haulage with you upon clarification.

Yes, there is a relation there. Ylva Wyrdmake is a younger sister of our clan head Skarsi Wyrdmake. Our clan can be broadly described as zoners, though we do differ in some opinions and views particularly regarding the threat that is Gallia.
Of course, no disrespect taken. Our clan maintains a compound, and has done so for approximately 2 years, on a deserted island that we call the Aett. I believe, according to information available on the public neuralnet, that you call it Glebe Island? We mostly stick to ourselves, preferring the peace and quiet that the region provides as opposed to the relatively crowded areas around Port Canaria and the OSI City.
Our only interest in Port Jackson is that it is a large enough port to receive shipments without having to go through the larger settlements. As you can see, from the manifest, the cargo is mainly supplies along with agricultural and industrial materials.
On a somewhat related note, we are happy to help Port Jackson with anything should you need assistance with anything, now or in the future. Consider it a sign of friendship.

Message Contents: Ahah, Glebe Island. Yes, I know the place. It's funny how names change, eh? Aett, Glebe; Canaria, Sydney. I believe once we were considering developing a penal colony there. Of course, the treaty was signed, the 50 square mile lease area was agreed and that rather put the clappers on that little plan. Which has of course worked out for the best for you fellows!
As a matter of a fact, it would frankly be a relief to have some friendly neighbours cluttering the place up. Periodically we used to get reports of Corsair squatters on the isle, who sometimes felt it was a spot of fun to fire short range rockets at civilian fishing trawlers. Nothing like that's occurred for a good length of time, so I suppose we have you chaps to thank for that. In any case, having you fellows there to keep an eye on the place should put a stop to those kinds of shenanigans, I would hope.
Looking at your list of requirements, there's a few items that can be sourced locally. Oxygen for example is not a problem. There are several industrial pressurisation units in the regional spaceport. We use them to compress stocks for sub-orbital and space shuttles. Our facilities will be able to meet your requirements for no more than $100 per unit.
Food is a bit trickier. The lease area does produce a small number of staple crops, but land is obviously at a premium so most of the colony's foodstuffs come from the sea. As a forewarning - and no doubt you're aware of this yourself - the local fish can be described as bland at best, foul at worst. All highly, highly nutritious though. We can either arrange to provide you with local stocks at relative discount, or import more flavoursome standard and luxury foodstuffs from Cambridge at a premium. Entirely your choice.
The other goods will require external sourcing for sure, so we will get back to you with a full pricing itinerary shortly.

Sufficient funds have ben allocated, so premium quality produce from Cambridge is preferred. On the matter of the oxygen, just provide an invoice and the oxygen costs will be transferred.
We are happy to wait for a full costing quote for the rest of the items.
