It was a very long day. I was stationing on O'Rhu|CV-Rahotep when I've received new orders from command. "Intercept and ivestigate the suspicious contact" - they say.
Well orders are orders. Rahotep has dispatched two wings to do so: Celtos and Nammer. I was the lucky one who found the contact first.
And it was suspicious indeed: a freelancer with "Kamome" deep in Omicron space. To make things more serious: I've found him near Capetown. It looked like he has undocked from Core's base.

Well, he wasn't going back as fast as I hoped to. He took an longer route and stopped 2 times to shoot approaching Nomad fighters. Luckily, for him, there weren't any remains. After some time of flying, which took definitely too much patience than it should to, we've finally reached Omicron Zeta again.
And that's where we've met O'Rhu|SB-Nammer. We've decided to interrogate the freelancer.

CONTENT: A few words about past events that took place in the last few days.

First of all, during an Intel run done by the CV-Rahotep, using the EOCS, we've managed to get hold of two new groups of Core ships. First one using the IFF [OCR] and the second showing CD| . As if Core| was not enough, we have these two players on the board also. Keep an eye out for these individuals and report any activity concerning them.

Another topic that got my attention concerns the ship OCV-Olympic. The captain commanding the ship has managed to strike a deal with a freelancer that delivers Core pilots to the Corsair nation, it seems, for a hefty sum of cash. While being on a routine patrol in Omicron Mu, the CO of the said ship invited me to tag along, oddly enough, to assist him in this handover operation. He had aboard his ship quite a few Core pilots destined to be delivered by a freelancer ship to the Corsairs. I followed him and to my disbelief he indeed traded the Core pilots as if they were goods for a sum of $C.

On a different note, the ship Sirens.Bell made an appearance near FP 11 in Omicron Delta just the other day. What is odd about this ship its the fact it used a continuous Cloaking device, as seen by the indepth scanning done during CV-Rahotep's close approace under the effect of the EOCS. Sadly enough, both Core| and PRIME| forces were closing by in decent numbers and an offical contact was impossible. Keep track and, if you ever find this ship, make contact and let the Directorate know about it.

Last but not least, a few days ago, I've accompanied Andrej flying his Reseph-class cruiser into putting out of action a Core| ID-ed Tresher-class vessel, Core|WV-Eden. The challenge was not as great as we expected. I think the Core| started to underestimate our power, once again threading not so lightly into our homes.

All said and done, some missions will find their way on the mission board, concerning the latest events, once discussed in the Directorate.

OTHER RELEVANT INFORMATION: Sadly enough, the photage concerning the two new Core groups have been damaged by the interference with the Omicron Delta satellite array that was transmitting at that time.

Omicron Zeta: Everything was in order, even the Capetown was clear. After finishing the patrol, Antumnos has moved to Omicron Delta system to check situation over there.
Omicron Delta: Path to Freeport was clear, but there was something suspicious near the station. Thanks to EOCS, we were able to move withno being seen and we've caught 2 Zoner ships with Nomad remains in their cargo. We weren't able to intercept due to two facts:
- "Nephilim"-class vessel has docked at Freeport soon after our arrival
- "Geb"-class Light Assault Carrier doesn't support cruise disruptor technology
"Osprey Mk II" was heading to Omicron Zeta system and we've decided to follow him in safe distance. We've immadiately contacted with our commander, Marcus Ashri, who was finishing some important things at Akabat and wasn't able to command directly from Antumnos' bridge. We've reported last known location of the target, which was Omicron Mu system and docked safely at Meskhenet Station. Antumnos wasn't able to participate in action due to speed disadventage.

I was finishing some important business at Akabat when I've received call from Antumnos on safe comm channel. They've sent ID of suspicious "Osprey Mk II" ship which has jumped to Omicron Mu system. I've immadiately contacted with Taba Border Station, launched to space and moved to the station. Sadly, the "Hathor" was everything I could take, my light fighters were stationing on Taba. Taba's garrison commander agreed to launch some vessels to investigate the contact, but when I've reacher the station it was already too late. My scanners have caugh the suspicious Zoner, who was attacked by Taba's defence turrets.

I'll put additional data about some vessels below. I'm attaching more data about the events:

1)

We've seen two Zoner vessels, which were speaking near the Freeport in Omicron Delta system. There was nothing special, however, some facts are a bit interesting.
- the "Nephilim" didn't have any additional armour plates mounted
- the "Corvo" was equiped with one Cloaking Device Mk2 Advanced

2)

This bomber was definitely looking for something. He has passed the whole way from Omicron Delta jump hole to Capetown, then backed to the same jump hole. What's more, he didn't jump again. He was heading towards Omicron Mu jump hole instead. He has even told something via Communiation devices, but there weren't any ships nearby. Looks like he's mad for me... Core needs to be desperated if they're recruiting people like him... But well, someone has told me in the past that this type of human is most dangerous... We should keep an eye on him, he's unpredictable most likely.

He has changed his course towards Meskhenet Station, but I had to leave him.

The <PRIME> vessel, "Alpha37", was carrying some Iridium in it's hold.

The evidence:

One "Nephilim"-class vessel, known as "Alpha", has arrived soon after this and took course somewhene towards Planet Tuvalu.

However, he has stopped about 10.000 meters from the Freeport. Maybe he was just running from the <PRIME> vessel, but I'm not sure about it. "Alpha37" left us and he was heading towards Omicron Kappa jump hole.

4)

Soon after this situation I've met some Core| force near the Freeport in Omicron Delta system: 2 Mantas, Bottlenose, Morays and the most interesting one.
What was it? Liberty "Defiant"-class Gunboat. I'm attaching more details about this vessel:

Core vessels went to Omicron Zeta jump hole and have blocked both sides of the jump hole. However I've managed to pass withno being caugh.

The whole fleet has jumped to Omicron Zeta soon after my arrival and they were heading towards Omicron Mu jump hole. Report from O'Rhu|CV-Xanthes says that they were following him to the Thebes.

I've also seen battle between 2 Rheinland vessels and the Core during my next trip to Omicron Delta system. There were one "Bismarck"-class battleship & "Fafnir"-class bomber on Rheinland side, and "Moray", "Rhino", "Thresher" & "Bullhead" on Core side.
However, the "Rhino" looked more like spectator than active attacker. I'm attaching more data about those vessels:

The Nomad encounter was most mysterious.
There was very mysterious and huge vessel which was cloaked near Omicron Zeta jump hole in Omicron Delta system. We've had an physical ramming contact soon after I've jumped to the system. Ship type and ID is still unknown, but the Nomad bomber came soon after "it". It could be one of their... vessels, then. Known to us, or unknown. No further data avaible

CONTENT: Until further notice I will not be commanding my primary Recon Cruiser "Hapy" due to me having to leave for Kusari for a temporary time. I have appointed my second in command of the vessel David Ortez to command the cruiser until I return, he has the right to command and fly the vessel, that is all.

OTHER RELEVANT INFORMATION: Mr. Ortez has only the rights to fly and command the ship both in and out of battle, he does not have the rights to be granted access to classified information, which includes flying the cruiser to Thabit while under his command unless specifically told otherwise by High Command, all O'Rhu classified information is to be sent to the "Xanthes" Hathor class gunboat.

I do hope Kusari treats you well.

Meanwhile, we are in the middle of a situation here that is somewhat intriguing. Overwatch ordered to move onto the Core forces in Delta and in doing so, asked full support in this endeavor. Details will not be transmitted here. Nevertheless, your Cruiser, the CV-Hapy, will be dispatched under Commander Hellion's rule for then next period, in a joint battle group, codename Horus. This implies some changes in the load-out and distribution of crew, but that is not of your concern. Ortez knows already all he needs to know, he has his order and will be under my direct guidance.

CONTENT: Greetings commander, I am glad to hear the news of the ships special assignment but if you know me as well as you d, then I cannot resist a chance to return home to strike at the Cores heart like this, so i request that I return home for Operation Spear and be re-instated as the commander of the Hapy for the duration of the operation, and that Ortez be put in command of the Xanthes which will be brought into battle when required during the operation.
