It's time for a folk-punk compilation here. All videos as that brings across the vibe of the music much better than just audio. Unfortunately only 3 embedded videos per post are allowed so I'll have to just link the rest of 'em.
I've been listening this soooo often lately. Street musicians and hobos but above all really talented!
This is probably my favourite folk-punk band. Incredibly creative using a guitar, a washboard, a washtub bass and a trumpet they manage to sound better to me than bands with thousands of euros in equipment.
Here's a very surprising one. Against Me! singer Laura Jane Grace together with... Miley Cyrus?! Strange combination but it works pretty well.
Serpent. If you're wondering if it's just Americans that make this music: nope. Belgian can do it too! (he sings in Dutch if you are wondering) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pGsdH5fFjUs
This video is amazing. It looks like it's in a church and the vocals are entirely done by the crowd. The band is Ramshackle Glory. It's the latest band of Pat the Bunny, one of the biggest names in the scene. His previous bands are Johnny Hobo and the Freight Trains and Wingnut Dishwashers Union https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UVXSr3Twvmg
