Your CO and I have entered into a deal regarding the processing and delivery of materials needed to get the Fenice up and working. I'm in the process of setting up this as a channel to keep logs of everything delivered and supplied. Our engineers will be aboard soon to assist in the repairs, come the first supply deliveries.
I'm going to be fast-tracking this whole operation so that we can get everyone up and running as fast as possible so, the first thing I need from you is a shopping list of the supplies needed to re-wire and configure your power systems. Post it here ASAP.

Inquisitor Espinosa! What uh... an unexpected pleasure! Yes, yeah...
He trails off, his fear getting the better of him
I uh, I'm very thankful for your help senora. I'm sure your busy, this really isn't nessacary....
He looks off to one side, gulps, then looks back, the fear in his eyes somewhat more evident.
Uhm, yes, a list! Lets see... 12,000 meters of cables (//Gold, Plastic) should cover sistemas esenciales... si, si. 2,500 tonnes of optronic arrays, to upgrade bridge systems, bring the computers to the same estándar... ooh, and 6,000 tonnes of "hull pannels", or similar materials... Si, si. This is muy essencial.
He catches himself again, looking concerned
But... it is no bother! I-I-I can gather this..! Muchos gracias for your help Inquisitor!

Ion storms have been a major factor in my delays to this. I'm sure you know which storm in particular I'm talking about.
Regardless: I've labeled out below what need be delivered per your request, and we'll be tracking it seperately so as to keep everything organized, as well as forwarding a copy of this contact thread to all involved transport captains to log their manifests to Cartagena.
We'll also likely sub-contract an ally or another to assist in this matter to expedite it's completion, one in particular has been showing promise as of late in such matters.
Work Order Wrote:6000 tonnes (Gold)
6000 tonnes (Plastic)
2,500 tonnes of Optronic arrays
6,000 tonnes of Hull Pannels
