One of our top researchers, namely Dr. Synk has requested access to one of your R&D labs in order to start working on a newly obtained research and blueprints from one of our "friendly" agents from Rheinland. We'd like to utilize one of your labs in order to develop the said weapon as quickly as possible, since we see great potential in it, which can and will be used to protect the great Nazione whenever the need arises.

I'm more than a little curious as to what exactly you require and where would be best for your operations. More secured areas are off-limits for the time being to all but Maltese Command vessels, but more public stations have facilities and sections that could be re-purposed.
From what I can gather, Genoa in orbit of San Remo would fit best to the vague glimpse of your requirements. And to the point: what benefit would such an arrangement bring to the Nazione?

Thank you for your hasty response. I also thank you for not asking way too many questions, since this project of ours is indeed a classified one. I can give you some vague pointers with which you could probably figure out what we're working on. But the end result of this project will be, if it's sucessful, a lot more firepower for our ships, which can in return help defend, or obliterate, whatever comes in it's path. We're very happy that you are considering heping our cause here, and we will be sure to repay you in whatever way you deem fit.
If that's all, please make sure to notify your staff on board Genoa that a couple of transports and fighters, along with Nergal's Flame will be moved there, so we do not raise any unwanted questions.

I have forgotten to check my incoming comms and, now I feel terribly bad for missing something important as this is. I thank you for what you're doing for us, and we will be repaying you this in many ways. But that's not why I'm extending our talk here.
We are in a process of acquiring new technology, some of which you may have seen on our ships, namely the heavily modified Rheinland Class 8 Fighter weapon, the Flammenwerfer-C2, along with the delivery of my old, scrapped Rheinland Fighter, namely the 90-ARKM-N45 "Wraith". I am informing you of this since we would not want to have you not knowing what we do on one of your bases, since that would mean that we're hiding something from you.

I have left this channel open for a reason. I have to announce something. Due to the sudden change in our ranks, but not an unexpected one, I have taken up the rank of the Overlord. Overlord Jared has been transferred into a higher state of mind, and has taken up a position within the ranks of the Oracles, where he servers a higher purpose.
I know this, sudden change, has finally untied my hands from any limitations that I had previously, and I'm hopeful that with this change, we'll reach our goals even faster.

I cannot agree more with you. I could feel that he was slowing down what we had going on. Now that he's gone, it's all going to go smoothly. I do have a request for you. I need access to one of the more advanced laboratories where me, and my team can conduct some heavy research on the little project I mentioned way back. It's critical that you grant us access, since, if we continue using Genoa, it's going to slow us down, by a lot of time.

If Genoa is failing to suit you then I suppose it would be within your power to import some new tech and set up new facilities-- but then again, it's always easier to ask for something than to do it for yourself.
As luck would have it, labs 3 and 4 on Ibiza have recently fallen to me to decide a purpose for-- I'm personally making use of 3 myself with Callahan for a classified project-- I could expand into lab 4 myself but if you so desperately require it, I suppose I can be arsed to part with it.
That is provided you can muster up the brain-cells necessary to tell me what you need it for.
