Sorry, Timmy... I wasted my time reading through that bunch of banta poodoo you wrote, not one real criticism there, only S.P.C. qqing. So, someone lock this thread, thanks.
There is nothing wrong with occasionally enjoying things other than Disco, what irks me personally is when somebody claims to volunteer to take said extra responsibilities without any actual job getting done.
Honestly, out of the Admin team I see Alley doing a lot of things, kudos to her, I see Conrad doing a lot of stuff, kudos to him as well, then there are some who appear rarely, processing sanctions from time to time, barely doing anything else, then there are those who made themselves infamous of a good few bad decisions in the past, not to mention alleged bias. As I understand, when Admins recruit, they are not simply in need of staff members, but active staff members.
There is also a notable amount of ex-Admins I wish would still be part of the team due to their good deeds in the past. Sad to see them burn out, but somehow understandable, given how collectively can the community bash the entire team sometimes.
There is nothing wrong with not volunteering to a job, but then don't pretend to do so. I assume green names aren't given for nothing.
Perhaps this view of mine is shrouded by the lack of transparency, perhaps lifting this shroud would grant us a clearer sight on each team member's involvement in the administration of the server. Something like Teerin's list comes to my mind, if applicable.

That's not even pink, that's a deadly shade of magenta. It's also too saturated and really annoys my eyes against the black background and would be nice if you turned down the saturation.
