"I can teach you Toshi dont worry... But be careful you can`t talk openly about how bad the goverment is or they put you under arrest..."
Shin looks at Rita " How about you? What do you think?"
Shin looks at Toshis sake wich just has been brought to the table.
Hitoshi nods, "They don't -really- care what happens in Kusari anyway..."
She pours herself some more tea, managing to pour it without showing her nervousness at such intriguing talk.
"Who doesnt care? The exiles? Or the actual goverment?"
Shin watches her closely as she pours her drink and waits for an answer. "If you are afraid of such talks you shouldn`t listen.... Or isn`t it insulting the honor of our nation that we are a puppetstate for some frogeaters...."
She hmphs quietly, trying to calm herself again. "Its just... Really exciting and new to me." She smiles to him. "This is quite dangerous, hai?" She sips her tea.
"It can be dangerous yes... but it depends here most people agree but nobody talks about it ... others are for the republic and therefore would like to get you arrested or punished in other ways..."
Shin laughs a bit. "But most people respect me and know me so they don`t bother me or say anything."
It is exciting and new? Have you never thought about this topic?"
