And lastly, he is guilty of fleeing from an officer of the law as defined in Section one, subsection four. In the process of questioning and determining his destination he attempted to flee and our agents were required to use force against him.
He also mentioned that his intended destination was Sigma 13, to an installation known as Lagos Station. You are required to provide any information you may have about this installation, including who runs it. Depending on the information given and the validity of it as determined by an independent investigation, leniency may be shown or withheld and punishments increased or lowered.
Furthermore, another of your pilots has previously broken Liberty law and his fines remain unpaid.
With this said the AFC are required to pay a fine of 25 million credits for these violations of Liberty law, as well as pay the currently outstanding fine of 34,650,000 credits for a total of 59,650,000. All fines should be paid to =LSF=Freedom. If these fines are not paid within 48 hours your entire organization may face consequences up to and including expulsion from Liberty space.
TO: Veto
AFC Leadership does not take direct responsibility for the actions of said member of the group. We as an organization do not condone such acts of smuggling and as such this information should rather be wired towards the individual that has broken said laws.
Based on the rather... urgency that your demand requires, we have wired the first part of the bill as stated. Please in the future understand we are not responsible for the records of club members as it is just a club.
As stated above this also includes your question. We have no idea what that pilot was talking about.
Onto the previous matter, I would like to know why firstly this matter has been left un-noticed and seemingly finished for all this time and now it is being unearthed again. 35 million for said accusation is far too much as I recall from the law. I believe based on what has been done the fine as been paid for. If you rather persist then I would like to speak to someone who is more acquainted about the law than yourself, such as a High Command Officer, to know how this price is justified.
From Section 5, Bullet 5
Quote:• Fines levied on the spot in space may be up to ten million credits. Fines levied elsewhere, such as via the neural net communications array, can be of any value, but must be issued by a member of the High Command of the Liberty Forces ([LN], =LSF= and LPI-)
This also means that the 25 million I have sent will also need to be re-checked by your high commander under Liberty Law.
From Section 5, Bullet 2
Quote:• In all cases, the judgment of the ranking officer on duty is to be abided by. This judgment, and any consequences of that judgment can be challenged by contacting the superior of the officer in question. The aggrieved individual has the right to state that they will do this as a means of informing the officer on duty, not as a warning to cease activities that have yet to be justified as appropriate.
Furthermore since the said law-breaker is no longer part of AFC and has been kicked out, again, we as a club are not responsible for his actions. Please forward this towards his private channels.

Regarding : Recent law violation
You appear to have answered your own question, mister Sunny. As pointed out by yourself in your citation of Liberty law, there is no set or defined amount for fines issued via the neuralnet as fines are only done in this manner when absolutely needed. In this matter I am unsure as to your confusion as to why you believe the amount issued is over what is allowed.
Regarding your assertion that I am not one of the members in the upper chain of command in the LSF, I will concede that this may have been an error on my part. Among my other duties I serve directly under Director Eva Adenauer and as such am authorized to issue fines on behalf of the LSF.
Furthermore, unfortunately any actions committed by your clubs members do in fact reflect and impact your own organization. As no evidence that this persons membership with your organization was terminated before the original law violation took place, your group is still liable for any actions performed by this member.
The reason this issue is now coming to light is that although originally willing to overlook this matter, repeated law violations have forced the LSF to take action. You are therefor still required to submit the remaining payment of 34,650,000 within the original deadline. Should you wish to prevent any further instances, I would highly suggest that you more carefully screen the individuals you accept into your organization in order to prevent any undesireables from reflecting badly on your group.
