Keeping this brief and simple, I believe I have discovered a pilot who did not acquire one of your vessels ‘first hand’ - Infact, they pretty much outright admitted that they acquired it through illicit means. Evidence as follows.

Good day Sapphire Raven. This is Thomas Ryley, current head Guildmaster of the Bounty Hunters Guild.
I would like to personally offer my appreciation for you reporting this finding in a concise and efficient manner. After inquiring with our shipyard administration aboard Sheffield Station it has indeed been found that this vessel has not reached the open market legitimately.
This will be dealt with accordingly and I wish to again thank you for your service in this matter.
As a more physical representation of my, and by extension the guilds gratitude I would appreciate it if you could forward an account name to receive a credit reward of ten million credits.
In addition, should you have the resources or inclination to assist the guild more in this matter I would be willing to commission your services to seize or destroy this illegal vessel, should other less violent matters fail.
It is no problem. It's my honor to keep an eye out for mischevious individiuals who think they can get away with such dangerous technology.

I am more than happy enough to assist the Guild. In my past experience, AP tech is extremely powerful, especially within the wrong hands, as such, I am not entirely sure if I have the resources, or the time, to track down and eliminate the ship, so you shouldn't rely on me on that regard. Though, it is known that this pilot usually flies in Liberty, especially around Manhattan.
However, should I encounter a Guild pilot, I can offer my assistance to them. Of course, I do not expect much compensation for it, as this is completely voluntary, and I am aware how the Guild would need to earn their income from hunting.
If I see anything else of interest, I shall inform you as soon as possible.
