Since I've been pretty heavily involved in the latest developments with you people and you're so kindly giving me the chance to speak on the matter when not at my bridge, looking at your guns, I'll do so.
I get the impression you're very fond of long speeches and weaving your words around your point.

I'm not like that, I like straight talk, I like things short and to the point.

So, here goes. I don't follow your first point in the slightest. Apparently Oberst Klugmann had an altercation with one of your pilots. Nothing you've provided us with however suggests that he banned your entire organization from Rheinland.
Even if he had, if that were as a result of you running from him with a load of cardamine, that's perfectly fair.
And since of course you have no record of that, I'm more inclined to believe his account, about the presence or absence of cardamine and your behavior, than yours.

Next, you seem to think the fact that he didn't immediately inform everyone about this interaction and possible consequences would be some sort of scandal.
The truth is, I've literally never seen a Lane Hacker ship in our space, and I doubt many of us have. How we're supposed to treat you doesn't really matter much to us since your ships hardly ever visit.
Or to put it bluntly:

You're nowhere near as important to us as you seem to think you are.

Then you're talking about your interception of a recent convoy.
You present this as if you were unveiling this grand revelation above to us, like our pilots should be thankful for this information.

The far more straightforward reality is, you stopped a humanitarian supply convoy in space. You harassed our pilots, your behavior strongly suggesting drug-induced paranoia, which completely makes sense given what we know of your lifestyle.

Finally you make your true intention clear, to steal our cargo by force under the pretense of "stopping trade with the Republic of Liberty".

Your pilots have treated ours with nothing but arrogance and a smug sense of superiority. Your strategy, revealed clearly again in this transmission, is to mislead and manipulate people that can't see through your persecution complex.
You're a sad bunch, controlled by your orange poison and in league with the Outcast menace, trying to trick people with lies and manipulation.

You do not deserve a friendly reception from the Widerstandsarmee or any among the Bundschuh and given all we've learned about you I doubt you will found it.

In fact I must say I'm impressed by your audacity, to attempt to act as being friendly towards us at the same time you attack our vessels. Needless to say your so called "evidence" is ridiculous.

It is a core part of Bundschuh regulations that we will not allow any ships carrying Cardamine in or out of Rheinland, and as you Lane Hackers seem to partake in it very regularly it gives us reasonable suspicion that any Lane Hacker vessel entering Rheinland is attempting to bring in Cardamine with them. Even if the words of your pilot are to believed, despite the fact that he brings no actual evidence with him, Oberst Klugmann was simply doing what any other Bundschuh pilot would do. This is not a reason to accuse honourable, high-ranking men of being despots and secretive.

In relation to your second point, the Bundschuh do not have the resources to even send a reasonable amount of craft into Liberty, let alone attempt to access restricted space that we only know exists based off the tales of a group that has been acting in a violent and hostile manner towards Bundschuh vessels. If you can't tell, we aren't going to go off and open hostilities with a group based on the ravings of someone we don't trust.

As for your Chapter 3, everyone here already knows what that is. Your attack on our vessels and your attempt to spread disloyalty and doubt throughout our ranks. The Bundschuh do not have time for your games, and we certainly do not have time to deal with accusations based on hearsay and crafted tales.

If you are to contact us again, perhaps make yourself useful and give us information that might actually be relevant to us.

The Zentralkomittee of the Bundschuhpartei has reviewed your accusations and the evidence backing it up. It has come to the unanimous decision that there is no reason to investigate the Vereinigte Widerstandsarmee's Oberst Klugmann. The files you provided are either inconclusive or do not offer new information at all. Of course, if the Lane Hackers do turn out to have any sort of proof that Klugmann or any other member of the Vereinigte Widerstandsarmee or other sects of the Bundschuhpartei partake in activities that are against the principles of our party, the Zentralkomittee would welcome it.

That said, we do have significant amounts of evidence that suggest that the Lane Hackers purposefully disrupt the activities of the Bundschuhpartei. We'd like to remind you that your recent actions have had tremendous effects on the suffering people of Planet Nuremburg. We do not approve such hideous crimes against humanity and suggest that the Lane Hackers cease hostile activities against the relief efforts of the Vereinigte Widerstandsarmee. The Bundschuhpartei still believe that neutrality with your organisation is the most beneficial, however in the light of recent events all armed forces of the Bundschuhpartei, primarily the Vereinigte WIderstandsarmee, will be on the alert to defend themselves at any time.

Seeing as the Lane Hackers seem to have little to gain from the slandering our revolutionary fighters, we urge the Lane Hackers to come with a diplomatic solution to this conflict.

We understand why you would believe the word of your Oberst instead of us. We would probably have done the same thing if we were in your shoes. So here is the authentic part where your Oberst was given important information about Liberty's illegal nomad research.

One may wonder why Mr Klugmann never pursued this important information, why he dismissed information given by no other than a senior Lane Hacker. Why he keeps lying even to his entire organization and forces us to provide the exact discussion from our ship's black box in order to back our statements.

Almost a month later your Oberst made some serious threats to our organization without providing any actual evidence. In addition, the Order's Grand Admiral Golanski was also in the scene and can testify that our transport was not carrying any cargo at all.

This is when the channel was terminated. After the lack of responce from your leader, we knew he was trying to make us his new enemies even though he still could not publicly do so since he did not possess any actual evidence. On our part we kept a low profile for the next months in hope that this storm would pass but when we witnessed Bundschuh convoys at our doorstep delivering supplies to the regime that we fight, then our operatives could no long turn a blind eye on this. Not after we thought that your organization knew about Alaska and what happens in there.

We believe that the Bundschuh can become our friends again. We are willing to prove that not only with words but also with actions. Subsequently, we are ready to return the intercepted cargo that was heading to Liberty and the monetary gains that your transports made from the dealings with the authorities of our House. I was once an inmate at Vierlande and I have the prison-tattooing to prove it; "EAN-1261-NSSI" still adorns the inside of my left wrist as identification.

While I was there, I witnessed genuine evil. I saw conniving malevolence. I beheld genuine irrational desire to inflict harm upon the undeserving. Thus I apologize if the contents of this transmission provoke an undiplomatic side within me, Bundschuhpartei.

I wholly echo what the Kommandanten before me stated. You address the leader of the entire Party and thus the rightful government of Rheinland as "Miss Eistochter"; as if you believed she was little more than a misbehaving schoolgirl. I would implore you firstly to descend from your Orange Pedestal from where you so loftily prop yourself up before I offer my own side to this annoyance, else I feel my words will have been wasted.

I never pursued the "important information" of the so-called "Alaska" system because quite frankly, it is neither my priority, nor within the Bundschuhpartei's immediate power, nor even our responsibility in comparison to The Order to police the existence of a system involved in Nomad research; a system that the Bundschuh do not even have mapped anywhere on our Party's Neural Net when even portions of the Omicron cluster have been charted.

The very notion that you appear to be incensed by the fact that the Widerstandsarmee did not betray the tenets of our functioning democracy and force the Bundschuhpartei to pack up shop, emigrate to Liberty and aggressively question the Libertonian Government without having the "proof" of Nomad Research that you claim to venerate so highly is - put bluntly - Laughable. We have completely public Nomad Research committed here on a corporate level, and one that has the open and full backing of the rogue Bundesrepublik - Our actual foe, and not a nauseating headache such as your organization.

Do you actually, sincerely believe me to be insane enough to chase a Pitbull-class transport across the entirety of Rheinland using - true to form - Hacked and de-encrypted Lanes unless the cargo it carried warranted that kind of response? Admittedly it was very cunning and clever of the Captain of the Traverser to jettison and immediately vaporize the four-thousand-Sirian-unit canister of Cardamine when I finally managed to overtake his head-start. The refusal of the Captain to actually stop his ship and offer me a moment to document the reasoning of my actions when I intercepted his presence during a patrol in Bruchsal's vicinity was "provocation" enough for suspicion, as it were.

But by all means, allow me to cut to the beginning of this month. Admittedly I had hoped that this would have been the last I'd have heard from the Hacker Professorship considering the headache that industrial-quantities of Cardamine-smuggling past our territory posed when I had in a prior meeting explicitly told one Provocateur Yoshida not to either attempt or permit. Imagine my surprise when the desperate situation upon Nuremberg's surface - One which the Bundschuhpartei and Widerstandsarmee had hoped to correct through hasty import of ration-levels beyond the immediate output of our allies in the Landwirtrechtbewegung- were waylaid.

Waylaid by a band of egotistical intelligence-brokers who could no doubt exact change and progressivism within their Colony of residence due to the subterfuge and influence they could exact; but instead blow their potential on propping up Maltese influence and riding out the increasingly high and desperate doses required of Cardamine.

Waylaid by men and women who evidently are more partial to the sight of emaciated still-eyed inert Rheinlandic citizens too weak to stop their bodies from cannibalizing upon their own internal nutrients out of hunger - more partial to that then perhaps allowing our transports to pass through Libertonian space carrying Holstein Fertilizers used in the very production of the foodstuffs we sought to solicit, and the sole reason we would have chosen to travel so far from our own holdings in the first place.

Can you genuinely look upon the suffering and trouble you've wrought for innocent and desperate planetside people by waylaying even one or two of our shipments and say to yourself "we've done the right thing"? Or is "doing the right thing" simply not a part of your agenda? If the latter, you have absolutely no place at all to be criticizing me for perceived injustices or lapses of morality.

And if you are in fact concerned with the actual consequences of your actions and the fallout they may cause, then I expect our stolen property and credits to be returned promptly. Interest Included.

And perhaps unlike your professorship, I am capable of admitting when I have made mistakes. I was mistaken in allowing the Traverser free passage with no credit tax even after the amount of fuel I wasted in simply attempting to catch up to the Cardamine-smuggler. I was mistaken for not immediately pursuing zealous reprisal and sanctions against the Hackers immediately after returning to Bruchsal. Perhaps I was mistaken in even dignifying this drivel with an official reply.

As always I am wholly subservient to the wishes of the Party Congress regarding whether I should remain as the head member of the Central Committee. If the Bundschuh decides I am no longer fit for service or leadership, I leave it fully in the composing members' hands at large regarding whether I remain with this responsibility.

Whether the answer is to be yes or no, I strongly condemn the very notion of "friendship" with adders such as these. In fact, come the next meeting of the Central Committee I am likely to propose sanctions against the very same. I do not identify the Bundschuh or the Widerstandsarmee as being responsible for the ebbing of diplomatic relations, and I thrust the responsibility upon you, Leiden Network, regarding whether you find it wise and ethical to continue antagonizing the spear of the rightful Government-In-Exile of Rheinland - or whether the Vereinigte Widerstandsarmee is entitled to an apology on your behalves so that any form of reconciliation can be made.

The Bundschuh were given ample time to ask questions. To wonder if their leader acted in the best interests of their movement or served interests of foreign origin.

The new year came in and with deep regret we realize that nothing has changed. You make emotional speeches about the dark activities of your government but when you are informed about identical activities by our puppet government you turn a blind eye citing pitiful excuses.

One may wonder why a political group would lose its idealism so quickly. Is it because Liberty's government is one of your benefactors? As I personally witnessed your convoys being escorted by the primary fleet of Liberty Navy, I see why would you act like this. But do not worry, you are not alone. Dogs act in a similar manner as they do not bite the hand that feeds them.

The Lane Hackers do not act on revenge as we are both merciful and graceful. We understand that your dog-level intelligence is the problem and thus we will help you reach higher levels of intellectuality and wisdom by providing the gift of cardamine to every Bundschuh caught sneaking into Liberty. Beloved lane dogs,

Junkies driven only by greed and the constant need to obtain their narcotics lecturing others about idealism is the best thing I read today. I was in need of some comic relief while handling a refugee crisis and toppling a tyrannical government.

I must say I have absolutely no clue as to what you were attempting to achieve, but I suppose spending all your time high on drugs behind a computer may have had a negative impact on your social skills. Regardless, the only thing you achieved is that any possibility of cooperation between us is gone and that the Bundschuhpartei will regard your people as a threat to our security.
