I am contacting you today regarding the retrofitting of the Harmony. The current situation requires, more than ever, the deployment of cloak disrupting technology.

Multiple times now has our battlegroup been ambushed by cloaked vessels of all kinds. This cannot happen again. Especially if it is avoidable.

We appealed to High Command and we have been authorized to acquire a Battleship class cloak disruptor.

If it can be installed in our local facilities, that is preferable. If not we will have to find a way to move towards New London for the retrofitting.

Should you still have the required equipment stocked and ready we can arrange the payment the moment you transmit price and accounts towards me. I will complete the necessary paperwork then. In case of still required materials I can try to arrange transportation of said goods. Although our logistics are on full load already.

I have to urge you to hurry though. Liberty has been hit hard by cloaking vessels the last days. And I fear it is going to be a continueing trend.

Given our special relationship with the Liberty Navy, we have fast-tracked your request to the front of the line, and can confirm there is a device prepared and ready to be retrofitted.

Upon receipt of $225,000,000 in the account associated with the Bowex)Victoria.II, we will be able to have the disruptor dispatched directly to your location. Depending on your optimal timeframe, we have several options for delivery. We can either utilise a priority Clydesdale courier and deliver it to one of Liberty's shipyards for your own technicians to fit, or we can send the somewhat slower repair ship BES Nightingale with an engineering crew and install it in situ.
