ID: Patricia Lyons [O] Encryption: Standard Date of Receiving: 1/14/823 A.S. This calm patrol day ended with quite the trouble. A civilian fighter vessel opened fire on a transport and destroyed it, then it resisted arrest. Nothing we couldn't handle but a Zoner barged in and destroyed the civilian's ship. Quite troublesome. We arrested him and escorted him to Sugarland to asses the situation.
The travel there and also the procedure on the Sugarland went without any bad circumstances.

[14.01.2016 19:57:56] LPI-Patricia.Lyons[O]: Oh how very good. What was the additional problem? Apart from you engaging into something we had under control?
[14.01.2016 19:58:31] WFCDefi: I don't know.
[14.01.2016 19:59:30] LPI-Patricia.Lyons[O]: It was neither a listed criminal ship nor a ship identified as enemy of the state.

[14.01.2016 20:05:25] LPI-Patricia.Lyons[O]: Sign that... and usually there is a fine attached to this.
[14.01.2016 20:06:29] WFCDefi: *He looks briefly, then signs* Where is the fine..?
[14.01.2016 20:07:07] LPI-Patricia.Lyons[O]: Well. Looks like that document got missing... Happens.
[14.01.2016 20:07:53] LPI-Patricia.Lyons[O]: Well I guess you can transfer it to me from your ship. Makes us not register you in the... uhm "Watch out" files.

[14.01.2016 20:21:49] WFCDefi: *He lifts his hand to a quick wave before being given access to take off*
[14.01.2016 20:23:05] LPI-Patricia.Lyons[O]: Good luck out there Zoner. There is some nice bar in New Washington on Manhattan. 5th Avenue.
[14.01.2016 20:23:15] LPI-Patricia.Lyons[O]: There should be a spaceport close.

First patrol today was quiet.. mostly. at the end of my patrol i came across Freelancer Forad carring just over 3000 artifacts. He was Ordered to stop but refused we got into a fire fight. To my suprise LN-CB69 joined in and we destroyed him followed by his cargo.
Very quiet patrol again only a few vessals moving through liberty space. Completed a short patrol around NY,TX,PN Only incident was interception of a smuggler carrying drugs. Cargo was destroyed and levy fined payed. Forwarded to LPI-Leavenworth.

Interesting patrol today.
Warped into NY in the middle of a battle between a LNBC and a hostile CAP, The LNBC was destroyed and the Cap left limping. I Managed to destroy the Cap after a brief fire fight from range as he had consumed all repairs during the main firefight.
Also encountered a hostile vessel attacking LPI i then proceeded to engage the vessel destroying it rather quickly(Surveillance To Follow Below)
I also came across a smuggler carrying artifacts(just over 3000) but was unable to intercept due to the firefight with the hostile fighter. Artifact Smuggler Name: That_One_Guy Known Routes:NY-NL, NY-OK, OK-TX
Action fulled patrol this morning. Encountered a outcast vessel operating in NY sec.
Vessel was ordered to halt but proceeded to engage cruise engines, In response i fired a cruise disrupter to which he replied with a barrage of fire. A firefight ensued as a result lasting a few minutes.
Just as i was moving in to finish his already damaged hull a mine impacted my vessel causing me to return to NY for repairs. At this point Sergeant Patricia Lyons and Black-watch member Void responded to my distress calls and proceeded to hunt and engage the culprit. Void destroyed the vessel not long after.
Outcast ID: Richard. Fernadez
Shortly after that under orders from Void we engaged a rogue by the name of Cpt Hannibal we pursued him far into the badlands serverly damaging his hull however luck saved him and he fled Rogue Pilot: Cpt Hannibal Ship Class: Rogue Gunboat
Earlier today during a patrol i was inform by a civilian who wished to keep his name anonymous that there was a pirate active in the ny area attacking civilians and police alike. he then led me to area F2 in the NY system where i encountered the pirate vessel The_Golem. This vessel was a Z-8500 "Bullmastiff" Pirate Transport. The pirate then proceeded to engage my craft. as this is a slow moving ship he could not hit me. I engaged the target some time after the initial shots were fired. after calling for backup with no luck. after a 10min firefight he was destroyed. He also placed a 2 million dollar bounty on my head with the pirate private bounty.

First patrol today was very active. At the start of my patrol i was informed by an LSF agent that multiple cloaked vessels were operating in liberty space. After a extended patrol around and with the help of LN we were unable to identify hostile vessels. Not long after returning to normal patrol i received reports from civilians that claimed hostile ship were disrupting the tradelanes at cali-ny texas-ny penn-ny. upon arriving at all these areas the trade lanes were indeed down at all three locations and at all three locations i spotted hostile ships. I was unable to scan or identify any of these vessels as they jump out of the area as soon as i turned up.
Towards the end of my shift i came across a freelancer trader that seemed to be under the influence of alcohol. When asked if he had consumed any he replied that he had and then proceeded to ask if i would like to buy some from him. He was ordered to pay a fine of 200k and dock at Manhattan until sober. He complied with this order paying the fine and docking(fine forwarded to LPI-leavenworth. He later thanked me for my diligent service.
Second patrol today ended with my vessel being incapacitated.
Upon entering the New York sector i came across a Hellfire Legion Battle-cruiser attacking civilian vessel along with Liberty Navy fighters and Liberty Security Forces. i was incapacitated during the firefight followed by all LN and LSF forces leaving the Battle-cruiser to escape.
