Hello again my brothers, i have finally be freed from the awful prision liner that was holding me for some time now. It was in transit to another system as it always does when it was abused by pirates in an attempt to free their own pilots, one of the men recognized me and offered to take me back to my home.
I am back among you now brothers but i fear my ships have all been decommissioned aside from my Command ship. I have gathered up some funds and have bought my old ship back and am currently preforming scouting missions with our HT allies. I look forward to seeing everyone in space once more my friends.

It is always good to see veterans of the war against oppression returning to the fold. It is good to have you with us again Major. I look forward to flying with you, and I no doubt rest of the Armee does as well.
Regarding the Harvesters: It is an insult to us and our entire revolution for these machines to tell us so blatantly into our faces that we wish to destroy Rheinland. Far from it! We want Rheinland to grow and prosper and the Military are only an obstacle. They are attacked when there is no other option in dealing with them, having them completely destroyed is not our task. As such I agree that we cannot abide by these machines... harvesting Rheinland's defenders. The orders are still to attack whenever seen with any Rheinland citizens onboard, no matter if they be military or civilian or even corporate. All these people will be more useful owing something to our cause than rotting and dying in bags deep in some robotic prison.

The usual transmission is interrupted suddenly by a female voice.
Salutations, comrades. This is an important broadcast from der Roten Hessen Armee kommandatur. Flotte Kapitan Meisnerr is now speaking.
A short version of the hymn of Rheinland can be heard, and a male voice then takes over.
Fellow brothers in arms. I come to you bearing great news. Our movement is flourishing, new recruits join our ranks at a constant pace and old veterans, either formerly captured or temporarily incapacitated, return twice as strong to the frontline to help us out in our righteous fight. The Red Hessian Army cannot be overpowered by a problem as trivial as lack of equipment or loss of high ranking officers, as we are more than just an army! We are an ideal.
However an ideal is not a part time job. Kapitan Egon, as brilliant a tactician and commander as he is, can no longer provide us with his wisdom. He has regrettably decided to step down from his position, and as his last standing order he has promoted me to the rank of Flotte Kapitan der Armee.
As the new kommandant I realise that along with a change in command, there is needed a change in methods in order to maximise effectiveness. In our case it will be a change in focus. The Rheinland Military is losing it's grip, and we must now steady ourselves on the ever growing Corsair threat that is encroaching on our territory. Our first task is to take back Omega-5 by all means necessary. There will be plenty of battles to come, plenty of fights to win. I will not lie, it will not be easy but as usual we will continue to push on through, unrelenting and unstoppable as we are.
Today we serve as the defenders of the true Rheinland ideal. We are all aware of the threat of aliens and self conscious machines and terrorists in our homeland. No matter what, we must concern ourselves with the elimination of enemies to the fatherland first and foremost, in places where the measly Military cannot get to, but where we thrive and triumph time and again.
No matter what, remember this: We are the Red Hessians. There can be no failure for us, only victory.
The hymn of Rheinland fades in as the voice stops. Shortly after, the regular transmission is restored.

Greetings friends. So it finally happened, myself taking up the mantle. I don't expect congratulations, I did not accept this duty for parades.
On to the point: All of you had shown admirable effort on the field of battle and undying devotion to a free Rheinland. It is about time the Red Hessians earned themselves a new cadre of officers, able to lead the masses on the way to victory.
The following people have been awarded with a promotion in rank:
- Rekrut Prager to Leutnant
- Rekrut Leyden to Leutnant
- Rekrut Abendroth to Leutnant
- Leutnant Schulz to Oberleutnant
- Leutnant Wettin to Oberleutnant
- Oberleutnant Black to Major
Congratulations all. Hopefully this will be an incentive for all of you to continue your marvelous job in the Red Hessian Army. That applies to everyone. More promotions will be handed out in due time as battles are won and recruits are drafted.

We have more and more supporters every day! Today I met a Bundschuh pilot named Hagen von Seelenburg in Dresden. He was accompanying the HT pilot "Blademaker", from the New Berlin jump hole. He expressed his interest in joining the Red Hessian Army, to help further our cause.
After this wonderful announcement, I showed him towards Omega 54, our home system. Once we exited the jump hole, he suggested that we utilised this time wisely and help train up our pilots.
First, I engaged the Red Hessian Elite Hans Leide. After a relatively quick fight, my training "Razor" hit his hull, disabling the ship.
Next up was Hagen and my Loki. His proud Odin was a fearsome target, but eventually fell to my "Razor". He appeared to be plagued by the laser mines in the area, but no harm was caused to either of our ships. The training weapons work perfectly!
These combat experiences help to fine-tune our effectiveness, so I encourage our pilots to engage in training sessions if you have time.
Leutenant Dieter Lenz.

Regrettably I need to report that Dresden was visited by traders mining diamonds and even after confronting a few I was unable to drive them off. See our secure comm for further details.
We need to step up (I the most) our efforts to keep Dresden in control.
This happened after I had done a succesful propaganda stunt in New Berlin were one RM pilot met an untimely death. I have written down a whole matter in to my personal diary. The whole incident made clear to everyone at the New Berlin system in what disregard RM holds Rheinlandian lives for not saving first the military pilots I gracefully saved and dropped at Brandenburg. Such action will only speed their fall.

I have news both sad and inspiring my brothers. Today me and Rekrut Haden were training with fellow Hessian Tears and various other allies, and all was going well as Haden is showing extraordinary progress in his combat skills. Afterwards I decided to Order an Odin and take it out for a test flight as Hagen and the Hessian tears went to investigate The corrupt motherland. It wasnt long afterwards i recieved a distress call from Hagen requesting support from me as they were being set upon by many Rhienland Military units.
I redocked with Vogtland base and was going to take out the Dark Reaper, but it was down for repairs so i jumped into the cockpit of my crow and punched it out of there as quickly as possible. The fierce battle was taking place near an allied junker base so i made my way there quickly. Upon my arrival there were about 4 or 5 Military units and a Bounty hunter within a Gunboat. One of the military units was also in a gunboat.
Myself, Hagen, a hessian Tear, and another LWB ally were fighting off the RM with all we could muster. We focused down the RM Gunboat and he showed us his backside quickly after. We downed two more RM pilots but not before Hagens ship crack and fell apart, i quickly retrieved his escape pod. We lost the Hessian Tear as well and i gathered him up quickly. The hessian ally fled leaving me to fight a BH gunboat and a lone RM fighter.
My little crow couldnt stand the combined firepower for much longer so i punched out of there with my two allies on board. I easily lost them and i took my brothers back to Vogtland for medical attention. We may have lost the fight, but the Military now knows we are not just a petty group of miners that we are warriors who will see our lands free once more for its dark oppression!
I came across another hessian pilot with an ID of "swamp-fox", we sat at vogtland had a few drinks, talked and went on a few missions together. I tested his combat skills and he was rather skilled for an untrained pilot. He expressed interest in joining our cause so he has been admitted to the {ghost} Squad and i have funded his ship and weapons.
Soon our numbers will be enough to dethrone the dark hearts that rule our homeland. Fly well and aim true my brother, Major Mortiz out.

Brothers! Wave after wave the Corsairs push into Omega-5 and get expelled with their tails between their legs. Our valiant defence did it's job marvelously today, as we dispatched three elite Corsair pilots with our superior weaponry, incurring no losses at all. By a show of tactics and skill our defense force met the enemy from two directions and quickly took out the entire attack by exploiting weaknesses in the Corsair ship designs. The enemies were turned into flaming wrecks, meanwhile our squadron docked on Ronneburg to wait for the upcoming ion storm to dissipate.
With Omega-5 secure once again we can safely prepare ourselves for the next assault. We have to continue to train ourselves in the art of tactics and fighting skill, as well as perfect our loadouts to ideally counter our enemies.
As an end note I would like to commend Oberleutnant Lenz and Leutnant Farb for their skill and tactical expertise on the field of battle. As you can see you have both recieved promotions for your extraordinary dedication to the cause.

Thank you for the promotion Kapitan. Today has been a stunning success in RHA history. First the complete victory in O-5 which I managed to capture on the high speed photo recorders installed on my ship. In system there happened to be a civilian reporter with video camera, so we might here about this magnificent victory in Sirius wide news.
Later a lot of traders gave donations to our cause just through eloquent oratories broadcast in the Stuttgart and Omegas.
I have preserved the anonymity of our operator and the traders in question. Even on secure comms there is not need to take foolish risks.
Today it was again a great day for the Hessians! It all started with hostile contacts on long range scanners. Once they were in Frankfurt, we moved into Sigma-17 to intercept them. We found 3 Benitez fighters and a Camara freighter, carrying food. It was possibly a food convoy for the starving cannibals. Hah, if they are starving, why don't they eat each other?
Anyway, we successfully intercepted the convoy, splitting the freighter from its escort. Carlos Benitez had an unlucky mine exploding right after he dropped it. Flottenkapitaen Meisnerr got challenged by Zavier Benitez to a duel. Marisa's ship got a serious failure while jumping and had to move back. Hans chased Jose Benitez together with the freighter and I came after, but soon after Jose was destroyed without my help. The freighter docked on Naha for some reason. I hope GMG had a good reason to open their docking ports to a Corsair!
I moved back to Yanagi, but soon heard that the freighter got out again. Too good I refitted my ship with a Cruise disruptor, otherwise I wouldn't be able to take away the food off him! The Golden Chrysanthemums helped me in "convincing" him to drop the food. Flottenkapitaen Meisnerr unfortunately had to retreat from the duel, as there were too many Corsairs there. After all the fighting, the GC offered us an alliance treaty, which we gladly accepted and headed back to Vogtland.
