Who are you even? Last I remember you guys disbanded, so you're dead. I'm one of the leftover members that still carry the ID. There is no "group" as you so call o_O or I wasn't invited back.
So, Phoenix finally rises from its ashes. I like the idea and I am curious about it.
I think you should write the story of what happened after the Phoenix disbanded (+1 Loki557)
Also you could write your own story (if not already written): were your characters already members when Phoenix disbanded? or are they independent zoners willing to resurrect the Phoenix?
Anyway, it would be fair to gather the former members (doing it ingame or on forum could be a great roleplay session)
By the way, as the founder of this group you've got my support.
We could meet on skype sometime: moebus.ca
@moebus, we are working on continuation of Phoenix's story. The drafts of it are already ready.

We think that forum roleplay session will be more better. We can make a meeting at Freeport XI and add this to new(updated) history of Phoenix.

Also thank you for your support. It's important for us.

It's good to see a new zoner group, but I have a couple concerns here.
First, I think you should have tried to contact the former Phonix members prior to this attemp, but we are already past that so...
Second, when you list the 74 bases are your installations, I have to warn you that we had problems in the past with the old Phoenix when they denied access to Livadia to an indie zoner, and they got warned by admins because the zoner station ultimately are owned by all zoners colectively, no one faction can claim to really own a station. And even when Phoenix was still around and official, Freeport XV was inRP administered by OSI. Of course we don't own it, as I just said, but that is the current RP. You should take a look here and see who administers what, its the regulations for zoner stations by the Confederation of Freeports (it's an inRP group comprised of all the bases admins): http://discoverygc.com/forums/showthread...pid1562993
@Doria thank for information. We are not interested in occupation of these station. Soon, after the update of history and goals, we will build/rebuild Phoenix Spaceport and get it like as our own installation and remove all these station from list.

To be frank, I think your method of taking over the entire lore of Phoenix is very disrespectful, moreover without any consultation or notice with the previous members.
Think of it as stealing a image on the internet, edit it to your liking and then claiming as your new work. Of course the original members who did all the effort into building the faction as it was, would be angry with your actions.
In addition, the majority of the Phoenix group left SIrius, along with all their home ships and support fleet. Yes, there are remnants members across Sirius but they are feeble group. Having suddenly re-gained all the influence across O-74 instantly seems out of proportions, not to mention you are retconning the existing Phoenix lore eg-by revising the situation / stating more powerful than you necessary are.
Having said all of that above, I wouldn't mind seeing a splinter group deriving from the Phoenix lore, but you should really drop your status as the Phoenix in the process. Perhaps be create new / different (or better) group, by starting off new as a new page in the book instead of revising the boring past?
PS - Just before the Phoenix left SIrius, they had issue with order / bounty hunters / zoners relations. Maybe you should focus building this issue / balance into your new lore as a different faction ?

You're out of your league, Alvin. Too late. In My Medical Opinion, The Phoenix' ressurection could be a great idea. This guy is relaunching the whole legend just in respect of it, and you dare to call it "disrespectful"? If you don't like it - go away, door is open, nobody holdes you.
Just remember - it's a feedback thread, not the one with suggestions.
I do not mind you guys doing something off what Phoenix has left out but I would advise: dont copy paste, especially if (I think) you weren't related to original faction. That saying, take a step back and build up (it's actually fun) to the status your predecessors have been at as in reality: Omicron Zoners as much as they are hard-mode, are among best opportunities in edge worlds in general if done right.
Now that you have Moebus' approval, you are quite blessed to carry on.
Hi. Ex leader of Phoenix here. While we together with Moebus created this faction but hey - hardest work is to keep faction running, get officialdom and turn it into something enjoyable to play and keep active through years. Though later game started to take too much of time while RL gets much more busy. So we voted and took the decision. Anyway, me and my fellow ex-Phoenixes put alot of effort to carry on the faction and such attitude just to copy and past old faction info, pics and the rest stuff with ignore to our closest past is no way to go, not mention you even not tried to contact anyone of ex-Phoenix leadership (me, Alvo or Quiron) or known last members, you were always able to find our skype in our forum accs. If you'd like to create something based on Phoenix ashes just make new group based on Phoenix story with new name or just make a group based out in Omicrons with fresh idea. Make activity and enjoy the fun.
