I don't see why they can't just do it under perhaps a different name (or same if it is an absolute must) but at least a different tag. I'll never understand why some people are unoriginal and use previous assets of no longer official factions, rather than just reinventing themsleves. I mean as in people taking things like the exact same tag and faction name as a previous incarnation. Soke o our more recent official factions have done that. Maybe I'm just being weird though.

Oh well, as long as you've got approval from the original members then it's fine I guess.

I think... Igiss invented (BHG) Core? (you could credit me for the most recent incarnation I guess, but I'd say that was more of a cooperative work between several people including myself).

By far not the best example ever if you are trying to make a point of something. meaning clarified by what you meant.

on topic: Good to see the helpful advice taken on board. the new writeup seems fine to me. perhaps invest in a more modified logo to properly distinguish from the old phoenix

@Sabru no, this the example of the bad zoner faction. Phoenixes formed primary like a RP faction, not a Zoner military group to Nomad farming and destruction of PoBs.
About logo: Thank for idea, we will make new (or remake old) logo.
