Malicious Reporter Slapped: Richard-Fernandes

Richard-Fernandes has been sanctioned for:

Wasting the admin team's time with a malicious report

Consequences:
So you called up some friends with bombers and decided to go after a few Corsair battleships. No problem there, knock yourselves out. Where we get into a problem is when you file a report against the battleships, because they tried to defend themselves against the bombers that were jumping them. No, they didn't say that much, but then they had just been jumped by some bombers that had tracked them down on long range scan and they were trying not to explode. It's funny how you failed to mention that in the report. You didn't have enough on your ship to pay the fine, but four of your ships together did.

Let this be a lesson to everyone else. We tend to have a very dim view of malicious reporting.

So okay Hawk - I got you - if they break the rules - it's fine for you and you decided to make sanction on me. Seems like you don't need the rules following because even admins can't see when people without any english knowledge playing and break the rules - you don't care about it.

The situation was like that - I came ALONE (because just in the moment I was coming closer my friend flew out of there and btw he didn't shoot on them as I saw, so that wasn't a battle at all) to them and was flying around one of them (I was waiting for my friend to assist me because I can't take BS alone) and that 2 battleships both didn't write any notice before they tried to kill me - if you think that it's okay - then PLEASE remove the rule about "engagement".

You decided to not make a sanction on that guys (even after they got sanctions many times because of things like this one) - your choice but then no any sense in rules at all if you don't punish violators.

And this really looks like your story is very fitting and definitely trustworthy.

It does not matter if people have gotten sanctions before, if you cant submit evidence that shows that they violate the rules, they wont get slapped. From what we see here, you submitted a report in order to get other guys in trouble, but left out rather interesting pieces of evidence, that put the whole thing into a different light, this is why you got slapped instead. Karma is a mean thing, isnt it?

I've made that report not just because I want to get that guys in trouble, just I saw they violating engagement rule a lot of times (I saw them earlier with that, but I was busy in fight and couldn't make SS. So this time I decided that I need to report about it).

As I said, Jansen - "Another OC player" was close to them but when I came closer than 10 k to them "Another OC player" left that place - that's why I said - I was alone when I came closer (+"Other OC player" coudn't engage them because he was out of ammo and had no CD slot, so he couldn't be in a fight already and he just was near them and told me where they are), so when I came there was no any battle, so I expected to see ANY engagement notice before they will open fire on me). 3rd Outcast in the chat was in Tau system when I PMed him (he left Alpha before I entered Alpha), as he said - he wanted to repair, but who knows why he wanted to make it in Tau. So still situation was like I said - I came closer to them alone and they just engaged me without any word to me.

About english - well just a few messages that are not clarified that they are going to open fire.

It's funny for me to look on this logs because if you will look on it again you will see that first message from "Corsairs side" is AFTER they engaged me! So you still think that they didn't violate? Funny...*sarcastic*

Excuse me Jansen, but still I don't think that admins team made right decision.
