There's only one problem. The characters you listed don't belong to me. An Admin can check this for confirmation. Don't blame me for destroying your bases
This is starting to become harassment. Your group is targeting me and my friends in Gateway simply because I left BMF

Its actually a really good means of income : )
As for the OP, no any lolwut can build a Core 1 base. 9 times out of 10 they don't even know how to RP on the forums. And inRP if a fresh instillation is in the middle of hostile territory or is built in a factions territory without permission it should blown up. You don't give notice before making something you claim to be your own in someone else's territory, it should be removed just as quickly by the people that own the territory.

There have been many arguments back and forth, over the intervening years, and nothing has been changed.
I can suggest that you put in a Player Request for the Rule to be changed. The Admins may curse, as this is something else to process, but it is something that you can do.
The Admins will, eventually, vote on it and a decision will be given.
Note:
As pointed out by someone in this Thread, the Attackers can just put a quick post in the Attack Thread and achieve the same effect. All this change, if implemented, would do is give the Base Owner some visibility of who has attacked their Base. The outcome would still be the same as they could do this when the Base Owner(s) were not on the Server.
Why are you voting on the decision if you just said yourself that it would make pretty much 0 difference.

PoBs in general are bad and should be deleted.
I am against deleting POBs but i encourage implementing a new rule saying: RP is required to obtain a blue print for core 1 deploy and RP is required to destroy a core 1 base.
Think about it , it makes sense my friend.

I said that if a Player's Request was submitted, the Admins would vote on it. This hasn't got to this stage, as a Player's Request as yet to be submitted.
Also, within that vote, we could amend the Request so that Core 1 Bases are more protected. But that would depend on how each Admin viewed the Request and what the majority outcome is. I cannot predict the future.
'I would like to be half as clever as some people like to believe they are' Life is full of disappointments, it is how we handle them that helps to define us, as a person

I believe you'll now find a player request has been submitted regarding core 1 base rule modification
