History:

On 823 A.S. Rheinland Government caused dissatisfaction among people becouse of strange actions and tactics in politicy. Incompetent governmance in army made citizens disaffected and disloyal.
Realizing the need of Government overthrow, and to change the direction of politics, some rheinland pilots united for diversions on the main planets and stations. First attack was on Rheinland Millitary in Saarfield. Several unknown pilots engaged the millitary patrol, which consist of three Wraithes and one Belgemir.
After that many rheinlanders joined to Landwirtrechtbewegung, Red Hessians and Unioners. But some of them united with each other and made operations against Rheinland Millitary, Police and others lawful corporations. They formed Black Hood Division.

Summary:

Black Hood Division is unlawful millitary organization, which consist of ex-lawful people, who wants to overthrow The Rheinland Government. BHD’s politics views are democratic and alongside those of LWB, Bundschuh. Members working hard to build a new honorable House of Rheinland.
This Division looking for a new technologies and making a partnership with The Order for attaining this purpose.

Objectives:

-Destruction of Government and Millitary property, vehicles etc.;
-Making the Domination in Rheinland;
-Stealing information from Rheinland Government;
-Instate own law;
-Making a strong democracy in Rheinland .

Zone Of Influence:

The BHD operates in systems of Rheinland House and surrounding border worlds.

Honestly, the Bundschuh having access to Military tech is in part a way of compensating for the fact that they don't have a unique shipclass of their own.

I would like to re-iterate as the leader of the Bundschuh Official faction that "Totalitarian Bundschuh" would be like anti-cardamine Outcasts. It just doesn't make sense.

I'd personally recommend Unioner ID for your project; nothing in their established lore suggests that they have any specific ideology, but expansion/aggression fits their bill quite nicely. You can even conduct piracy in Texas as a means of simulating "Border Expansion" or roleplaying a group of ex-military dissatisfied with the peace treaty with House Liberty.
