This may be the first time we converse but I hope that we can proceed with good note to discuss business opportunities. With imminent peace treaty with Rheinland, Liberty will be able to focus more on efforts against Gallia. We expect that the demand for military vehicles will drop considerably, thus decreasing possible income from managing the distribution of this commodity. We are looking towards expanding our position as dominant corporation in Sirius and thus we want to secure Fort Severn for ourselves. Current leasing arrangement does not benefit us and creates another layer of paperwork, delays and possible oversights. We prefer a flat type of administration to prevent any inconvenience to conduct efficient business.
To this end, we hope that Liberty Police Incorporated would be willing to sell us military vehicle distribution station known as Fort Severn. We are ready to offer substantial payment and/or terms for a certain percentage cut from our future profit. We understand that this is a major business transaction that will take time, however we hope that both of our corporations can see the immediate benefits and will hasten this process to a brighter and richer future.
Sincerely,
John White,

Well, good day mister White. Its a pleasure to be talking to you. I must say I'm flattered, conversing with such an important individual of the Republic. I'll try to get straight onto business here, as this is a very serious matter to discuss. Fort Severn is currently used as a patrol outpost and a resupply point for the 601st precinct along with Toronto station. Its relatively low populated by our personnel with low productivity, especially in these times as you mentioned. So given the situation, I have my mind set that in your hands it would be of a lot more use then in ours. I might seem too direct but thats just the way it is.
I don't think I'll ask for much if we are to give the station over to Ageira. Only some time to relocate the personnel, and the permission to station a small patrol wing on it, for both your safety, and the safety of other civilians passing through the system. Feel free to make me an offer, as far as price is concerned. It doesn't have to be a full payment all at once, whatever you see fit. All in all, Ageira and the Liberty Police Incorporated are both corporations to which profit is always in interest, right?
During last year and a half, Detroit Munitions have been highly focused on developing new product and we have put aside the idea of obtaining ownership of Fort Severn to focus on increasing our impact on the market with future products.
However, due to good number of projects nearing completion it is imperative that Ageira Innovations and Liberty Police came together to discuss possibilities of this scenario to take place so that both corporations can benefit greatly from it.
We are eager to hear if your company is interested in such idea.
Sincerely,
John White,
Manager of Detroit Munitions,
Ageira Innovations
Greetings Mister White.
I see that ex-chief Rogers decided to move the ownership of Fort Severn to you already.
We will need to have a small part of the station itself for refilling and dispatching.
We can talk about the price through this month.
After reviewing all the documents surrounding business on Fort Severn, we came to conclusion that offering 5% of profits of all contracts and sales conducted via the station for the next ten years should be the fairest deal to both sides. We expect this move to be of great value as your company won't need to administer the station while we will be directly responsible for upkeeping as well as managing it to maximize the efficiency of facilities and to increase our profit margins. We already have few projects on the way that would require bigger production plants to assemble new generation of military vehicles we plan to launch within next year. If you find this arrangement acceptable we can move towards legalizing the deal with Liberty Government and start the process of moving in to the station and preparing it for the intense years to come.
Sincerely,
John White,
Manager of Detroit Munitions,
