I'm contacting you to set some things clear. You might call us terrorist, others call us freedom fighters, but we are something in between somehow. Some of your methods might be illegal in your eyes, but needed to achieve our goals.
Maybe some of your people also like to see more products produced in Rheinland in their stores and shops as well as having a higher quality again.
We don't ever attack any Rheinland lawful vessel, but if attacked we need to defend ourselves. If you and you pilots tell us to retreat we'll do that.
The BFL will never attack any Rheinland citizen and kill them. We'll only demand to drop their cargo if they are importing some of our contrabands.

This is Inspekteur der Polizei of the Rheinland Federal Polizei Clausewitz speaking.
I will be brief, Frau Narcano. As the Inspekteur der Polizei, I can tell you that robbing traders of the legal cargo is considered as piracy by Rheinland laws and thus illegal. So if you will behave like a criminals, you and your members will be treated like that - what means arrested on sight, and if necessary even with use of force.
And now few words from me as a Rheinlander. It´s not for a first time to see people claiming they "work for the people of Rheinland" while they in fact harm them. You claim that BFL will never attack any Rheinland citizen and kill them, but are you telling me that if they refuse your demand to drop cargo, you will let them go? I highly doubt that. What you really do is harming simple Rheinlanders which try to make their living by space shipping of legal cargo. And on top of that, who the hell are you to decide that Rheinlanders should not be able to buy bottle of whiskey or smoke cigars anymore, or that Kusarian minority living in the Vaterland can not have bowl of kyushu rice and some sake which they are used to eat and drink? Not to mention some of your actions will directly negatively affect Rheinland economy and simple workers who work in factories which produce food rations or cigars. Maybe you missed that but those are manufactured by Rheinland companies with Rheinland workers hier in Rheinland.
Also, it seems you don´t realize that you in fact plan to make living conditions of poor people even more miserable. Unfortunately, not everybody can afford luxury of fresh food on daily basis. For these people cheap food rations are the way how to survive. You actions will make them less available and their price will increase. Is this what you want?
To conclude my message - you claim it is not necessary to fight against you. But from my point of view, at this moment it definitely is. And if you ever want to talk about neutral stand between the BFL and Rheinland lawfuls, then I assure you that nobody will talk with you until you stop violating Rheinland laws, harm simple civilians and endanger Rheinland economy.
Well it seems like we began with a little misunderstanding, but there are also a few things the BFL has to change and we know that. My contact towards you was also made to see what we have to change to make a step into the right direction.
We are aware that disrupting the lane alone is a crime (as far as I remember) and we want to get away from that as well. I clearly understand your point and know that its your task to arrest criminals. As we are having an very old connection to the LWB we are considered hostile almost everywhere, but we don't have any kind of connection to them and we will keep it this way.
Maybe you have already read about the incident yesterday between us and ALG/IMG. This clearly shows - I hope - that we are not aggressive and try to pirate people although I disrupted the Lane to ask for some support in the form of credits. I made clear that everyone can just pass by if they want to. Before that you can find another report in the BFL - report channel where one ship just went past me and I did nothing. I never fired a cruise disruptor or anything else.
About our contrabands - we were thinking about this as we wanted to have those goods produced in Rheinland. For example selling Whiskey produced in Rheinland not imported from somewhere else and this won't harm Rheinlands economy right? Some of our landlords are producing Whiskey just like our Reichsgraf Ulrich Winter. I hope you get my point right there and or list will be updated soon. I hope you'll be looking at it as its done.
We won't make living for poors even worse as we are able to deliver great quality at low prices to anyone in Rheinland directly from our farms. Also food rations are produced by us - not in huge factories, but by local landlords who are selling as cheap as many others do.
We are also in contact with Orbital Spa & Cruise with Herr Pines as we would like to deliver our high quality goods to them on Baden-Baden and into the Sigma system. If we would be allowed to do so by the Rheinland Federal Police and Military we wouldn't need to stop anyone anymore as we could fund our goals with this deal. Mr. Pines would allow us to trade with OS&C if it wouldn't cause them any troubles with the Federal Police and so on.
This should show you that we are not interested into doing unlawful stuff. This would require something which I am afraid to as off right now.
However we will keep stopping transports carrying slaves and we will hand those people over to the Rheinland authorities.
We are working on our structure and how we want to achieve our goals.
I hope that you understand us a bit better now and I will inform you about the changes we will do so we can find a way to work things out together which we would absolutely prefer.

I'm here to in form you about a few things. Last week we had a meeting with our high command and most of our farmers. We had a very constructive conversation and also great ideas for our further actions.
We decided that we can't keep on acting like criminals as it would make our lives even harder. The BFL won't be stopping or pirating anyone inside Rheinland space, except transports carrying slaves or drugs. Those 'goods' will be turned over to the RFP or destroyed if necessary in case there is no officer close by. However slaves will always be brought to the Federal Police, if this is ok for the you.
About the point using the cruiser we also came to an agreement, which we hope is acceptable for everyone. We limited this ship class to three vessels. The reason why we even use it, is to have the power to stop slave transports or smugglers and have enough cargo to transport those people to a safe location as we don't always have a transport nearby. Currently there are two cruisers in use one by each Reichsgraf.
Our own contraband list was overwritten during our meeting and everyone agreed to it after a detailed discussion. We also spoke about your arguments and this had an influence on our decision to change ourselves.
We are no threat, but the old LWB shadow is somehow still above our heads although we try our best to get rid of it.
I await your reply and hope that we can find a solution now, as we got rid of all criminal activities in Rheinland territory.

On the one hand, it is gut to see you are willing to change your organizations to obey the laws and even to help with fight smugglers and slavers. On the other hand, you can´t just decide which laws you will obey and which not. You have to obey all of them. If you won´t, you will be treated like law violators. There are no other options.
According to your NeuralNet information page, you still plan to pirate traders of legal cargo, namely synth paste and synth gel. You also declare to hunt all ships with drugs, despite synthetic marijuana was legalized quite some time ago in Rheinland. You may not agree with it - for example I personally don´t - but it does not give you right to act on your own.
And same applies to use of cruiser class ships. Laws are clear - cruisers that don’t belong to Rheinland law enforcement are banned from Rheinland space, unless permitted by a Rheinland Military admiral or by the Bundestag. No exceptions.
Also, if you don´t want to be judged by your ties with LWB, despite they may be very loose, then you have to leave any affiliation with them. You want to do legal business, selling the product you make on your farms to Orbital Space and Cruise or anyone else? Then you have to become legal organizations, be it by using freelancer papers or as affiliates of some Rheinland corporation.
Until this will happen, I doubt you will ever manage to be able to fly in Rheinland space without being treated as part of LWB with all restrictions and repercussions that stems from it.
Well, we all met again yesterday and spoke about the last message we received from you. We discussed it for a long time and thought about what you said, but this is not acceptable for us.
We will continue our work just as we want to. If you have to try to stop us just do so, but we will fight back as we believe in our goals. As we are a small group you might think that we are no threat - maybe its true, but trust me we can cause some trouble as well. That's about it for the first part.

We could deliver to OS&C as I already told you. Would the delivery to them be any kind of problem for you or cause any problem to Orbital Spa & Cruise? Such transports would be done by none BFL members who are already buying or food and goods. I'm just asking as I don't want to cause any trouble to Mr. Pines of OS&C and his organization. We just could do it as no one would know who delivers our goods, but we are playing fair in this case and try to do it right.

So you decided to stay outside of boundaries set by laws. Your choice. You will be treated accordingly.
Regarding any cooperation with Orbital Spa and Cruise - you clearly declared intention to continue violating laws and commit piracy. And on top of that, you are affiliated with LWB which is considered as enemy of Rheinland for repeated acts of piracy and terror by laws. Thus any cooperation with you from their side would be considered as violation of paragraph three of Article Six which says that providing any help to any member of organizations considered as enemies of Rheinland is punishable by fine up to 50 million credits, imprisonment or death sentence according to circumstances and severity of the crime. OSC would play very dangerous game by having any deals with you - I can remind examples of Omicron Supply Industries or Interspace Commerce which were or even still are completely banished from our space after cooperation with enemies of Rheinland was revealed.
We all know about our situation and we tried to do things differently, but you gave us no choice. An affiliation with LWB could never be denied as our fathers and others had been working with or for them. Our new generation was willing to try and risk something - it was denied and this somehow shows us why the LWB did things the way they happened.
We won't do any kind of business with OS&C and have never done anything. The BFL is not interested into causing any kind of trouble for them.
I offered a cease fire to OS&C, if this is not breaking any kind of law we are willing to keep this up and won't attack them in any way.
