What you have written down right now is a quasi-lawful, Sirius-wide terrorist ID with some piracy rights and free access to capships. At the very least I'd recommend a complete re-do with a look towards the BHG or AFC ID to see what other bounty hunting factions look like.
Bounty Hunting isn't priority. It's a means of sustaining resources and commercial income.
Though, all factions have some sort of 'abuse' to them though. How is it a Sirius-wide terrorist ID? You do realise Diplomacy is still a thing right? We're not going to shoot Zoners or IMG for example, even if there was a bounty on them. There's still 'morale' to the group. It's hilarious because people said the exact same thing about the Freelancer ID - which I'm not going to elaborate as to why they started complaining.
Please take the time to read the thread CAREFULLY. If people start asking things, where the answers are in the OP, I'm not going to respond to them.

Diplomacy changes. At first, the Order were hunting us down because of a small incursion, where the Core saw opportunity to help us fight them back - where we deemed it was necessary because they were on their high horses, but in the end, it turns out most of the Order logged off anyway. This was before the FR5 - by the way.
The Eidolon Wraith and Cinncinati invading Mu while cloaked isn't a small incursion.
Seriously, it's like every single thing is people trying to find and point out flaws, screaming about abuse and potential rule violations. Have any of you taken the time to actually /read/ through everything there? We've worked hard on this stuff, and are a very roleplay oriented group. It's rather sad to see people looking at something for ten seconds, not even really reading through anything shown in the OP, and throwing the first thing they don't like back at us.
We do not actively seek means to circumvent the ROE. I don't even enjoy PvP most of the time, but that's just my personal opinion. The ID is to justify the faction's roleplay, and make all the things we may possibly do, or would do, In-Roleplay to sustain ourselves. We aren't flying across Sirius actively hunting for blues.
We appreciate the feedback, and note the concerns presented, but at least take the time to understand the justifications behind said lines.
Well nice story you got about Jess, seems like jess is the A/) savior ; core won't hurt you if jess present there. Whats the reason to make Corsair as your enemy ? cause TBH destroyed your amigo's/The.Cincinnati (POB) ? sharing enemies ? Well whatever it is, make your diplomacy correct in game. I don't really care who hunting you down but even you docking their station ? por favor make those mighty groups hostile and stop getting hire by your own enemies. I still remember the Omega 5 battle hessian wasn't looking for your people but you come into our battlezone and tricks on hessians for hire you. I had encountered with your guys multiple times ; wasn't the first time in Delta

We woke you up, though. It was nice to see Order moving around outside of Mu, and prompted a rather large-scale event. (:
And you ruined any chance of redemption.
My point remains, Ven, is that it wasn't a "small incursion." A "small" incursion when you flew your Prosecs into Mu. Bringing your only two caps? Seriously Ven, this isn't about waking up.
At the very least fess up when you enter an enemy home system with your biggest, baddest warships then talk shit over system. I have no problem with you Ven, but at the very least. Admit when you did something, instead of trying to say it was "no big deal, they overreacted."

This is wrong. The Core have shot us with Jess present.

There is a lot of in-character history to disliking the Corsairs. You named one plot-point. Auxesia is opposed to the artifact trade and general existence of what they see as a nation consisting of degenerates.

If you're referring to the 'Nati docking in Omega-47 that day, Fuski was unaware of our stance and was heavily chastised for making a big mistake.

Hessians/SCRA might shoot us, but we all share a common enemy: The Corsairs. Prioritize.

You parked two Ossies outside the jumphole after watching the playerlist for us to approach. When we arrived, rather than speaking, your Osiris' started firing blindly trying to hit something, knowing we were cloaked. Care to explain how you magically knew we were coming IRP? (:
It's not just my own criticism, I legitimately think that the admins would never allow something so open-ended.
I actually agree that you'd do your best to stick to your diplomacy, but the thing is that we have faction balance because the community doesn't self-regulate to the extent anyone would like. Faction perks and drawbacks exist to give benefits while keeping people out of trouble. That's the burden of officialdom for most "generic" factions: accepting some of the restrictions that normal faction IDs have in exchange for uniqueness. The more allowances you have in your official ID the more caveats you'll need to make sure a balance is maintained.
The most important faction ID to take into account, in my opinion, is the Order's. They're not allowed to bring capitals outside of the Omicrons, which is their limitation for having a Sirius-wide ZoI and many of the same ID allowances (such as confiscation of Nomad items). Perhaps their ID (and its restrictions) should be your template if you're not going to focus on bounty-hunting.
What I saw so far, your RP is really nice, and I like it. I also have not a problem when one of you guys just run away in a pvp fight, because from what I see, you are doing a really good job.
Anyway, I hope to see maybe some more pvp encounters.
Good luck
Ps. Sometimes I think you are doing something like Traitor RP
