Thank you for your interest in OSC, your history and experience is quite impressive and aptly suited to many of our requirements, if you would be willing to answer a few questions it will greatly speed up the application process
1) OSC operates under a naming scheme for all its vessels, given the history of your own ship would you be willing to rename it or would you prefer to keep it's current moniker? (Exceptions can be made under certain circumstances)
2) You mentioned working with colonies located on planet Witchita, would you be willing to share your knowledge and experience of the Kansas system and it's communities/customs with the company should it be requested?
3) Finally, do you have any reservations to working within or around the area of space known as the Commonwealth of Liberty and it's government?

I wasn't expecting a response so soon, but I'm glad to hear it. I would prefer the Edge and Pearl to keep the name that it's always had. It's the first ship of its kind that I've owned, and it's been my home for the last few years. I don't mind giving any information about the colonies in Kansas, as long as it doesn't negatively effect the people there. I don't expect it will, but just to let you know. And I've worked inside and around Liberty a lot when I was with the Raiders, so that is not a problem for me.
I'm certain an allowance can made on this occasion as we at OSC understand the bond between a captain and their ship. Your knowledge of the Kansas system will never be used to harm or detriment the people of Witchita, in fact quite the opposite as you will soon discover. It is my pleasure to welcome you to the OSC family, a member of our team will be in contact with you shortly to arrange the paperwork.

..this this thing on? I swear it was, so much easy on the old tape recorders. What do you mean it's on? Green what? I do not see no green... Oh.
Ah, Greetings, this is Captain Alfred Smith of "St.Martin", Luxury Yacht. I am to apply for the official Orbital Spa and Cruise branch. I was born to a miner family, on Freeport 4, we moved later moved to California Minor. My father was a miner, but later became increasingly unavailable, after a mining incident, after which he became an, if I must say, too avid of an Antique collector. Mother was an agriculture expert, and worked in a Planetform biodome. I was raised with a high school degree in Automatisation of Production, later went into the shipping department for a local company.
Me and a a couple of other boys, went to Curacao, for the wedding of a friend of mine. Before that all I knew was gray empty landscapes, and my dreams were as colorful. After my visit there, I dreamt of luxury, of adventure, of exploration, my dreams were more alive than my gray workday. I had to see the stars, or I might as well be dead. Shortly after I quit my job and worked for various Transportation Contracts, some in the more darker parts of the Economy. Finally I had enough money, took a loan and moved to Planet Curacao. There I worked in Golden Sands branch, which was at times grayer in terms of legality than my past jobs. I had to work with both business, PR and HR but with low lifes, political outcasts and low time gangsters also.
I met a few OSC| officials, we talked benefits, opportunities, and here I am. I am now free of my debt, and this is why I can go official. I want to see more of the galaxy, and I want to offer the same chance to other people. You know, expand the horizons of smaller minds. Also I am willing to take up somewhat dangerous routes and I put Company Law, before House Law. I am not that much of a pilot under fire, that is why I try to defuse the situation beforehand with negotiations. Thank you for the time and opportunity. *VIDEO LOG END*
// Hello, hello this is my first post on the forum.
//How would you rate your RP skills out of 10? 7
// Explanation: I have been playing freelancer discovery Off and On with a very long period of time in between, I never went official but this time the mod fixes things I had gripes about. I usually play DnD with my group but I have to say, it is much more difficult without a statblock or something to imagine a character.

Tell us a little about yourself (family background, hobbies, education,...etc)
Good afternoon gentleman,
I'm pleased to have finally been able to muster enough time, credits and reputation within the Orbital Spa and Cruise organization, to be able to forward an application towards the core faction of it all, the OSC|. I am the former skipper of the Luxury Yacht "Allure of the Void". The reason I say "former" is because recently that very same Yacht was retired. She braved through much ordeals and always managed to bring me and my crew safe to our destination. Times change however, so it was time for myself and my best crew members to move forward. With this in mind, I ordered the construction of a L-584 "Enterprise" Luxury Liner and paid for it in full myself. With times being as they are, dangers are behind every corner and being part of a group seems to make more sense now then ever before. This is exactly why I ask for the acceptance of myself and my crew members within the ranks of the OSC| Faction of the Orbital Spa and Cruise.
I've one more thing to ask of you. Having finally been able to achieve my dream goal of owning a Luxury Liner, I can't help but feel nostalgia for my deep family roots in Tobacco farming. This is why I ask of you to allow me to christen my ship "Cohiba Behike", after the famous brand of cigars my family used to grow tobacco for.
I eagerly await your response.

//How would you rate your RP skills out of 10?
It has been around 6 years since I've played here, but back in the day I used to be a part of many faction. I think my in-game RP is alright, probably a 9, but when it comes to posting on the forums I feel that I just don't have too much time on my hands right now, so I'm not looking into deep stories for the moment.
Thank you for your interest in OSC, Chairman Pines and the Count informed us of your chance meeting which has placed your application on the fast track, as with your associate Mr Smith. The ship name shouldn't be an issue, as we at OSC know how important ships can be to their pilots and respect the bond between them.
A member of staff will be in contact with you shortly to arrange licenses and finalise the details.
Full Name: Bradley Cane Citizenship: Republic of Liberty, Planet Denver Which division you are applying for: Security
My name is Bradley Cane, I'm 23 and was born on the Planet Denver to the family of a school teacher. I got rather simple education, but always eager to learn new things.
My personal hobby is an ancient history, Sol times of the mankind. I'm especially fond of 2d motion picture series that preserved from those times. I found them totally amusing, although not everything is clear to me. I would like to save some money for education so I can study history and maybe become a real historian at some point.
As for practical skills, I finished basic civilian piloting courses at Fort Bush when I turned 21. I was flying my fighter as a freelancer in Liberty and Rheinland for several months now, mostly doing simple scouting/escorting. This makes just enough money to pay for fuel, shelter and food, but doesn't really leaves much for savings. I'm looking to join OSC to get more stable source of income.
//How would you rate your RP skills out of 10? I guess, slightly above the average, maybe 6.
Thank you for your interest in the OSC Security Division, if you would be willing to answer a few questions it would really help us process your application.
1) You stated that you have basic flight training from Fort Bush, could you eleborate on which class of ships you are able and/or have experience in flying? (Light, Heavy, Bombers etc.)
2) In the course of your duties within the Security Division you may be asked to perform the following: Criminal Investigation, Bodyguarding, Exploring and liasoning with law enforcement agencies. Would you be willing to accept the aforementioned duties should the request be made?
3) Do you have an active or previous criminal record? If so please state the crimes and sentence.
1) I learned how to pilot fighters of Light to Very Heavy class, as well as freighters. Bombers are more specialized and weren't covered in that basic civilian training.
2) Yes, although some of those might require additional training on my side, especially criminal investigations and such.
3) I have no criminal record, as far as I can tell.
