As you had already stated in Skype. Thanks for doing it here again. The reason why I posted the logs is to show, as I already told you in Skype, that we did the same thing (and yes, it's not the same situation), just to protect our cargo. Using F1 in space to gain profit from it is always a bad idea and will cause QQ, as we see here. So please, you can go ahead in Auxesias thread and be mad at me for reminding you that it may wasn't the best way to confront them with that, or we could just calm down again, stopping the fingerpointing as Auxesia already said, and just try, as you always say in Core feedback thread, to make future encounters better. And I guess the whole F1ing is a thing that would be an easy thing to not do again. It's a thing that disappoints me.

I told you on skype, it was the lag thing where people idle and 'zoom' ahead. He saw your cargo, which was remains. Then he saw you disappear.

What? Who the hell is Marston? And none of that was mentioned before. And I'm 99% sure Core owns APM anyway.
Edit: After searching it up, it's Laz's char. And Marston wasn't there when I was leader at the point, so that's literally invalid.

And who said it was the same character on the ship lol and didn't you say you never saw anyone? you couldn't say the person was magically teleporting anyway. Then again, he wouldn't catch you if he was going to stay on the same ship. Not to mention, again, people were bumped on skype to log, so some people logged the shareds.
(by the way, those gunboats/fighters are shared too)

How's that irrelevant? You were long gone. No one was parked anywhere else.

He logged into Cambridge. And you were in Omega-11 I think? Or Omega-9? Either way - you were long gone, no one could get to Omega-41. And why would I know which way you're going? There's many possibilities, you could have been going to Bretonia, or circling back to Rho, or circling around to get back to Rheinland.

You seem to forget the concept that some people defected and brought the SHIP with them? Besides - we can ask allies to use their shipyards or use a freelance station to hire workers. And yes, you don't need just the blueprint, but also the resources, which is what was written up in the fleet coordination database.

Don't worry I'm not out to get you. I was just clarifying things from our end. Personally I feel it'd be silly for us to have just charged at them with au8-armourless transports that were carrying full cargo, when our wingmen needed competent ships to help them out. In regards to future encounters however, the problem here is that Auxesia aren't stating that. In fact, they're trying to justify what they've done.
Also it's not for money. Laz still hasn't paid me

I still find that excuse too easy to doubt. By the time that ship had logged in we were already approaching the jump hole. It's a bit petty to say this but I can only believe that upon grounds of proof. Neither myself nor my escorts saw any A/) on the radar.

Not really. It just doesn't mean Raven was the CEO, nor had access to the blueprints.
Furthermore I don't think it's a good position to be in when you claim "we have access to this tech and that tech!" when the owner(s) of that cell are telling you they don't agree with that notion.

I was long gone because I F1'd. If I had kept going on my merry way you would have eventually intercepted me via hopping from ship to ship. Shaggy told me that a bit before I left the server there was already an A/) blockade in Cambridge waiting for me. It doesn't matter if I'm faster or not when you can just CD me as soon as I jump in.

When I was approaching Cambridge via the Omega-9 JH in 47, Auxesia was already making a blockade in Cambridge. You just simply had to lock down the holes. And it's fairly likely you would know which route we'd be going, as you and others in Auxesia are actually ex-Core| members.

@"Omicega" might feel inclined to speak his opinion on all the defected Valors and other GRN tech that pops up these days too. And would these random shipyards now how to accurately reproduce and build the same tech? Would Auxesia have the assets, resources and money to continually pour money into building these AP-Line ships, even though they can't fully adapt to their use? I find this all somewhat hard to believe.

It seems my edit wasn't fast enough. Let me re-attach it:
Please don't try and take the moral high ground here, as neither of the two ships you engaged with minimal roleplay really felt like they had a decent interaction. And I bet if you got your mitts on the Deus it would have suffered the same fate - if not worse - because your objective was to just simply obtain the remains.
As a general statement, this is why I believe that at least in the event A/) does get officialdom (although based off this encounter and their attitude towards tech I feel that I'm leaning against that notion now) they should not get the ability to hunt Core ships everywhere nor demand/hunt Nomad remains everywhere. Leave that to Core and Order IDs.

As the person who did log the ship, and did get a split second scan, thanks to lag, I can say that it happened. No, I don't have lightning fast reflexes to screen something that was there for literally half a second, so I don't have evidence to prove it. I did, however, see remains, but I didn't see how many specifically there were. I saw double digits, and made a call to attempt to intercept.

I find it amusing that you pluralized owners. Name someone else who might disagree with the tech we use who claims ownership over it. In addition, The Core would obviously have clearance/access to their own techline designs. At the time as I understand it (Since I'm not/Never have been Core|), the CEO position was not elaborated on/was vacant, thus it'd make a lot of sense when you, you know, think about it, that the (at the time) leader would have the clearance/access to such files.

Actually, most (if not all) of our members have other characters in the faction. They're not very random, either. As an example, I have my main character, as well as Creed Savitz/Douglas Kovic as back ups for when it wouldn't make sense for my main to be present/my main is unavailable due to RP. Both of those characters have their own personalities and biographies.

None of us had gone near any jumpholes/Jumpgates. We never stopped moving to wait. We went looking, and went to where we encountered one of your ships (Indy dude). I'm not sure as to what was said there, but as I see it, it wasn't sufficient, and if you've got the logs of exactly the engagement they gave, PM them to me so I can look at them.

The only people in Cambridge were people who had logged in near there, as we had someone who still had a ship in 49, and had just woken up to find out what was happening, and another who was docked in O-3, who had some ongoing RP with someone there. The two were linking up to meet up with the rest of us, who were still regrouping after one of your ships docked on Bonn.
None of us blockaded anything.

The Viper and Ares (Formerly Nixie) as I understand it were once Core ships. The Cairo/Redshift were independent Bounty Hunters Guild ships, belonging to the characters who joined up with Auxesia, one most notably being Daniel Archer, who owns the Cairo. That ship is not shared. The Viper and Ares are. The Redshift also is not. In addition, the only other AP tech we have, would be (Ho boy) Ex-Core ships. As it sits now, we can't reproduce the tech, we have the know-how, but we don't have the facilities/resources/manpower to, and likely won't for a very long time. We could go to our allies for it, but we're fine with what we have, and don't have the necessary headcount (IRP numbers) for more vessels.

As I said before, if you found the roleplay not sufficient, show me the logs, because I'm inclined to believe it wasn't and if given proof, will discuss it with that particular member.

We're hostile to Core. Our ZoI hasn't solidified quite yet, thus it isn't a final draft of the ID. We are opposed to any movement of nomadic materials, as IRP we see that to be dangerous and wasteful of technology. You're stating that we should limit the way our faction developed to the use of Core/Order IDs, which wouldn't really be beneficial to us/those we might interact with. This (To me) seems to be derived from the recent personal experience, and (again, in my opinion) the past few times such incidents have occurred with other factions.
[12:30:35 PM] Luc E-W: after today i don't want to do an event with A/). apologies.
We're new. We're opposed to you. We went to give you activity, and you've decided today that you wouldn't be interested in coordinating future events/interactions, and judging from what is going on behind the scenes, you aren't really that interested at all, and would much rather see us gone. Is that really constructive, or are you really saying we should throw out all our efforts and quit? I know personal bias is a major problem here. I'm guilty of being bias of a few things myself, but I digress. I came into this group with a long-standing and developing RP background for my/a lot of peoples characters. When I say long-standing? I mean years of work and effort to build up a unique and interesting story for myself/other people to enjoy and interact with.
I do my best to promote positive roleplay, but when your people are actively avoiding any chance of interactions? That isn't fun for us. Yeah, it was obviously going to turn into a fight, but that's like... A major part of the game. Two hostile factions meet. Some words are exchanged, then laser fire. We aren't going to play the buddy-buddy card anymore after the events that transpired in Delta (Not to mention having Core defectors in the faction xd). I will, however, if given the logs of what was said by our people, look into it and improve on what can be done in the future. This isn't the only case, either. There are others who have, after attempting to make contact, state they aren't interested in interacting with us.
[5/15/2016 6:45:57 AM] *********: I am not interested
This type of back room politics/OORP motivated hatred is harmful to a lot of interaction, and that is something that, not just we, but everyone suffers from. Need I remind you of the little talk we had the other night about some paranoia? That is exactly how I'm seeing this play out.
You don't have to like us, but don't go out of your way to directly harm the faction we've put so much effort in to. We're still going to log in, we're still going to look for people to roleplay with. Will it turn into pews? It might, since about 80% of Sirius hates us, but hey, we had a lovely conversation with some Order guy and Morph in Minor about an hour ago (Albeit ruined by a lolwut Spatial). Feedback like this as I see it, is and always has been a means of venting and dragging certain people through the mud. Stop it. Seriously. It doesn't go anywhere. You have my Skype now, if you want to further discuss this.
Otherwise, lets move on to greener pastures and better interactions.
So in minor moments ago there was a nice bit of roleplay going on and it involved the flagship cruising and cloaking away while a indie freelancer no tag was cding a Order fighter. This Freelancer had a nomad blaster and then (disconnected) from ingame without posting in the disconnected thread, returning to the roleplay and had a few demands given to him, moments later there was an engagement of two light fighters against a very heavy fighter. Right okay that seems fair, but then the battlecruiser got involved and then shortly after a Order VHF while this engagement happened the Freelancer was busy hugging the Eilodon and then having a Mako uncloak also to prepare for the fight and this hugging thing.
It just seems a little low from a faction that is becoming official.
Hugging and bringing caps into a snub fight.
But apart from that I enjoyed the roleplay.
Just to finish off, with a faction trying to become official and all they seem to be doing is ganking, shield running and getting "defected" ships on what is equivilant to a Freelancer ID is a bit stupid. You already have a Overlord, Bullhead and half a dozen gunboats and now want a Core Mako too. This is just getting stupid, what is next. a Osiris or Geb? Then maybe a Marduk.

Taking every opportunity to twist the scenario in a pathetic attempt to weed out the minor negatives and to overinflate it in a pathetically manipulated manner is obnoxious. Especially when you don't do your background research.
You were harassing the leader. You shot them. They shoot you back, yes there is more to this but I'm not going to explain. Why? Well...
We know your actual intended goal here, Shaggy, so I'm going to ask you to refrain from posting in this thread.
Rank adjustments and some minor corrections made to the OP. Updated Fleet database with biography entries for the members, who are filling them out themselves (thankfully). New bios added constantly, see here. In addition, the third portion of Project Thalatte is finished and posted.
