this is captain Lawson speaking, current CO of the Liberty Security Force cruiser Caledon.
I contact you regarding a DSE vessel named RaVeN-Skull, that my crew and I witnessed violating Liberty law.

To be precise, the captain of said DSE Mastodon was transporting human beings under improper conditions.
When trying to stop the transport and interrogating its crew, the ship fled into Houston's orbit despite several
hailings from our side.
As I did not want to endanger the lives of the passengers aboard the RaVen-Skull by firing capital ship weapons,
we have let the captain flee.

Thus I forward the situation and all evidence to you, so you are able to handle this matter further.
