I'd hardly recommend you to read the thread before reply, because I've answered on quite similar by sense question of @Sanctions.

In this I've already pointed out the things where faction is being new and unique in a way. As long as you can demand conservative faction being new and unique of course. I will try to reword it for you: Main goal is to develop personal RP of characters while providing general fun as raids and such. In the same time carefully develop OC lore.

I understand that if we would bring giant unique thing that would counter previous OC lore, some people would have more reasons to drop several tones of NaCl on us and this thread would probably reach 10 pages instead of 5.

Is it sooooo complicated? What you say even? We are not going for smuggling at all as you can see, that's a good half of what outcasts can do. If we made an accent on military units then... Obvious? No? Well, yes quite frankly we are not going to make "smuggle cardamine from Rochester and bmms back"-only or "sit at t-23 and shoot IMG"-only faction. It's quite fascinating that we are being blamed for doing what outcasts can do while being an outcast faction. Even if we would did an universal OC group that does everything there is nothing bad. Yes this is a good ID with a lot of opportunities, that's why it's cool.

OORP faction goal is to have in this game. To live our chars, to develop the story of Malta, to shoot a lot of people that we happened to be able to shoot. For now we have limited ourselves more than Cross or Bloodrose did in the terms of gameplay, because we have no transports.


All in all it's quite fascinating, begun with "why are you an outcast and not synth foods?" and now it's going for "outcasts, why are you doing things that outcasts can do?".

EDIT: Now I'm actually temped to write the transport part, so we can do whatever outcasts can do.

Knowing the groups and some of the individual characters where this faction comes from, I can say it has a standing history within the game-environment by now and all past encounters with those had been enjoyable.
The faction itself has chosen one of the most complicated ways to approach OC-RP, yet one of the most rewarding ones too. And their effort in trying this path is valuable to the diversity OC-RP can offer and especially in current days, is exactly what's needed.
Stated goals and objectives quite nicely bridge between the focus on individual progress and the care for Nacion as a whole.

Coming from you, a guy who leads s faction that makes no sense just shoots Xenos on behalf of Congress, who got official via pledging and did I say Doesn't make any friggin sense? good luck on being outcasts by the way, it'll be nice for things to get back to the way they should be. niche factions are only really nice if there's a faction to fulfill the vanilla role of that particular group so i'm really looking forward to seeing a vanilla outcast group around.
