Admin notice: Player sanctioned

Quick_Hauls which was renamed to [BIA]WestRidge has been sanctioned owing to a report posted for:

3.3 Out-of-character (OOC) chat must not be used in system or local chat. OOC communication in group or private chat between players will cease if one player requests it. Admins are free to communicate with any player at any time.

3.4 Attempts to pose as admins, using an Admin's name without prior consent and threatening sanctions is not allowed.

Consequences: Fined all guns and credits from [BIA]WestRidge

Threatening people with a sanction -always- backfires.

I did not know i have an Admins name???

Also i did not post the sanction until after i talked to him about it and he would not answer me. You can see that in the SSs.

I went to BH to have him go after him, then only posted after he* broke more rules.

Why did you strip all of my stuff?

EDIT: I Know sanction is a last resort. And would no threaten anyone with one. I just told omega that it could happen if continued to be oorp and attack after docking.

I don't believe i threaten him. "IM GOING TO SANCTION YOU" and i didn't anyways. I didn't post until he broke many other rules.

He attacked and killed two traders no notice.

Attacked after docking(some Bounty Hunter and us.)

And all he said was "stop" and "3mil"


Also 111mil credits is quite alot more than i have ever had seems a bit extreme if you must punish me for this...

I was effected by this pirate, and sanctioned against the said offender.

He broke multiple rules.
And he did not respond to RP messages, or OOC messages.

My point is, many have broken rules, and an OOC message has made them go 'Oh, sorry. Didn't know'.

To not point it out, would mean this offender would believe its alright to re-offend.

I'm sorry, but I fail to see how WestRidge should be penalized for trying to explain to an offender that he's doing wrong.

I'm going to step in here as I -think- you're a bit confused.

To my knowledge this has nothing to do with any encounter with a bounty hunter/pirate.

This is about the LNS-Cod chasing you, and when you got caught you called me "idiot" "dumb" and told him you had enough evidence to get me sanctioned. That's what this report is about.

I invissed your post as it was potentially just creating a trial by forum.

You did not get sanctioned for this event...

I will send you the screenshots via PM if you request them. Since in said screenshots you very clearly broke the rules, I would suggest you just take the punishment on the chin. If the other player involved broke the rules and was reported, they also would recieve a punishment.

I was just defending my self and you delted my defense SSs and then didn't even respond to my SSs. Thats a one sided move?

I'm not sure how im suppose to defend myself if i can't defend myself....

- To be fair and treat all players equally, independent of their level and faction alignment; <-
- Not to mix server roleplaying with server administration in any way;
- Not to ignore any cases of server rules violations that are reported. <-

I am a good player(role playing and will not take this insult on the chin)
I put much time into those responses for you to just delete them.

Also i might add in my screenshots which you deleted the post..

I saw your post before it was removed, and I just want to say that it was never my intention to get your credits removed a week after the fact. That I have no control over.

The screenshots you posted were entirely irrelevant to the incident. If you wish to see sceenshots of the incident that got you sanctioned, then PM me.

In terms of not disciminating against certain players, I am not. I am merely doing my job and keeping the forum clean, and also preventing a potential witch-hunt.

In terms of ignoring rule violation reports posted. I am not. We have a large backlog of reports due to several admins being extremely busy with other elements of the job. If you have reported someone then we will get to it soon. I have another bunch of sanctions I am going to do tonight.

Edit, I'm just gunna PM you the screens. We'll discuss it there.
