Its gonna be a nommie snub swarm
getting roflstomped by every single cap isn't that funny, y'know. the very reason why we ain't signing our duks in 'cus probably every single people will focus on it, basically wasting time and money.

Sheep mentality. If one crosses the river, others will follow, and eventually they will have a flock on the other side. But if none does, none will follow, and they will all stay on the less grassy side instead.
I really can't see why the Nomads aren't taking any caps. The enemy only has 10, them they can at least match. But if they take snubs, they will get horribly ganked. 38 vs. 16.
Besides that... Maybe NPCs could help?
Well, two nomad caps were there. And then no other sheep came across. Instead, the wolves got more and more, since every noob can get a LABC but only OPF members can use nom capitals. About the NPCs, read what Boo wrote. It's risky.
Then there maybe isn't any sense in bringing caps at all. I guess this could be turned into a huge snub fight, and perhaps access for humans should be closed by now, so the Noms could make a fleet to stand up to them.
Or, caps only? Maybe 10 v 7-8, but where the humans are divided at the beginning, and where the Noms have that OP BS of theirs? 10 v 10 would be awesome, if the Noms had enough official faction members.
I dont get all the fear of Nom caps.
The humans all start from different places, so why not picking your enemie ?
Even if you only get 4 marduks and two cruisers, you can easily take out one capgroup or maybe two before they group up...
Its not like there are no marduk pilots either.
Edit: Also there can defenses be added if you get less caps, as mentioned some posts earlier
It still has some sense on bringing the caps, because it's a sort of siege event. Don't know if the fighters will be able to dish out any reasonable damage to the structures that have to be destroyed.
